Atendem o telefone, mas não te respondem, nem para pedir que espere. Deixam você na linha até a ligação cair. Ou deixam o telefone desligado.
Right in the store you are served reasonably. But if you try to call to ask for price or find out if they have a certain drug, it sucks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa farmácia, mas o sistema não anda bom , na hora de pagar o remédio com o desconto o sistema trava os funcionários só conseguem fazer a cobrança do valor sem desconto. Esperei por 15 e o sistema não voltou ao normal.
A funcionária ia reiniciar o sistema.
Eu desisti da compra e fui em outra farmácia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente desta farmácia por ser próximo a minha residência. Há 1 ano e 6 meses comprava o leite Kabrita, e nos últimos 2 meses venho passando constrangimentos quando o pediatra mudou para a fórmula Kabrimil (da mesma emoresa do Kabrita)
Quando menciono o nome do leite do meu filho, falam que não trabalha com esta fórmula. Sendo que sempre compro a lata nesta unidade, sempre tinham 2 latas.
Nos últimos 2 meses realmente passou a ficar em falta, quando tinha 1 unidadd já perguntava se não tinha mais no estoque para tentarem pedir a lata e não ficar em falta para o meu filho.
Parece até que estou pedindo leite de graça.
Hoje liguei, e a atendente já foi grossa, gritando comigo no telefone por eu ter perguntado sobre o leite, disse que nunca trabalhou come esta fórmula, e que eu estou equivocada. Perguntei se seu poderia falar com outra pessoa, e eu escutei a conversa, dizendo que eu estava teimando com ela.
Eu havia perguntado o porque da falta, não aceitei dizer que não trabalha com a fórmula por eu ser compradora desta fórmula nessa unidade. Se não vai vender mais, poderia me falar sem ficar gritando no telefone comigo.
Perdeu uma cliente. Já estava me sentindo mal pelo atendimento dos meses anteriores, agora foi demais.. Antes que me perguntem porque não deixei de comprar antes, já respondo que o leite não vende em qualquer farmácia. Hoje sei que tem na Venâncio. Então vou pelo Atendimento de qualidade, onde aceitam e fazem de tudo para eu comprar e já ter reserva mas próximas latas.
Não estou pedindo de graça, não é dado. Apenas é um alimento para o meu filho que tem alergia a boa parte das fórmulas infantis.

Today I called, and the attendant was already rude, yelling at me on the phone because I asked about milk, said that she never worked with this formula, and that I am wrong. I asked if her could talk to someone else, and I overheard the conversation, saying that I was stubborn with her.
I had asked why the lack, I did not accept to say that it does not work with the formula because I am a buyer of this formula in that unit. If you're not going to sell anymore, you could talk to me without yelling at me on the phone.
He lost a client. I was already feeling bad for the service from the previous months, now it was too much. Before I am asked why I did not stop buying before, I already answer that milk does not sell in any pharmacy. Today I know you have it at Venâncio. So I go to the Quality Service, where they accept and do everything for me to buy and have a reservation but next cans.
I'm not asking for free, it's not given. It is just a food for my son who is allergic to most infant formulas.
