★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Drogasil é minha rede de farmácias preferida. O que me incomoda na unidade da Abdias de Carvalho é que fui várias vezes lá às 07h e ainda não estava aberta. Hoje mesmo fui e a funcionária que estava do lado de fora, me tratou sem nenhuma cortesia, informando 'eu me atrasei', até me incomodei e fui embora. Se não abre às 07h, altera o horário de atendimento, o que não pode é informar um horário e não cumprir.
Drogasil is my favorite drugstore chain. What bothers me at the Abdias de Carvalho unit is that I went there several times at 7am and it wasn't open yet. Just today I went and the employee outside, treated me without any courtesy, saying 'I'm late', even bothered and left. If it does not open at 7am, it changes the opening hours, which can not be inform a time and not comply.

I suggest changing the profile, as the pharmacy is open 24 hours a day and is not listed when we consult with Google. Exceptional staff service at dawn!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento terrível, você sai e o pessoal fecha a porta fingindo que é o sensor pra ver se você não está roubando. TODA VEZ ESSA PALHAÇADA. Falta de respeito tremenda. Espero que o atendimento patético dos funcionários seja só nessa unidade. Extremamente decepcionada.
Terrible service, you leave and people close the door pretending it's the sensor to see if you're not stealing. EVERY TIME THAT CLOWN. Tremendous lack of respect. I hope that the pathetic service provided by employees is only in this unit. Extremely disappointed.
