★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito ruim! Deixam somente um caixa para atender tanto prioridades quanto atendimentos comuns! Passei mais de 40 min para conseguir comprar um remédio e eu estava sem me aguentar de dor enquanto esperava na fila. Absurdo! Não me importo em ceder lugar para prioridade, visto que é um direito deles, mas me importo em ficar esperando eternamente por um atendimento simples! Em situações como esta, deve-se ter mais de um caixa atendendo, o que não ocorreu. Enfim, decepção. NÃO RECOMENDO.
Very bad service! They leave only one cashier to attend to both priorities and common assistance! It took me more than 40 minutes to buy a medicine and I was without pain while waiting in line. Absurd! I don't mind giving way to priority, as it is their right, but I do mind waiting forever for a simple service! In situations like this, there must be more than one teller answering, which did not happen. Anyway, disappointment. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu não sei pra quê eles colocam uma faixa vermelha bem grande na fachada da farmácia com o número do telefone se a gente liga e não atende NUNCA! E o mérito não é só de uma específicas, TODAS que eu ligo não atendem o telefona. Lamentável uma farmácia tão grande não ter uma pessoa que possa dar uma informação por telefone.
I don't know why they put a big red banner on the front of the pharmacy with the phone number if we call and NEVER answer! And the merit is not just one specific, ALL I call do not answer the phone. It's a shame that such a big pharmacy doesn't have a person who can give information over the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, hoje recusaram fornecer medicamento informando que a data estava expirada sendo que fui consultado dia 18 de abril de 2022. Até uma pomada pra afta tão exigindo receita depois da pessoa ficar meia hora na fila ! Não recomendo comorar nada nesse estabelecimento!
Terrible service, today they refused to provide medication stating that the date was expired and I was consulted on April 18, 2022. Even an ointment for cold sores so demanding a prescription after the person was in line for half an hour! I do not recommend eating anything at this establishment!
