★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha consulta foi marcada pelo plano para 12:00 cheguei 10 minutos antes não tinha ninguém na portaria, liguei para o numero da clinica, tbm não me atenderam, pra minha sorte um paciente chegou e tinha o número pessoal do dentista, só assim vieram abrir a porta, chegando lá a atendente pediu pra eu aguardar só um minuto, resumindo, fui embora depois de quase 3 horas de espera e sem ser atendido

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demora demais a atender e o dentista que me atendeu queria porque queria que eu comprasse o plano para aparelho ortodôntico. Eu tentei convencê-lo de fazer exames primeiro para saber se meu problema seria resolvido apenas com cirurgia. Mas ele ficou apenas falando que os exames estavam contidos no plano do aparelho e que não precisava fazer exames sem contratar o plano. Achei que eles se importam mais com a venda do que em resolver o problema do paciente.
It takes too long to attend and the dentist who attended wanted it because he wanted me to buy the plan for orthodontic braces. But he was just saying that the exams were contained in the plan of the device and that he didn't need to do exams without contracting the plan. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui fazer uma avaliação, paga por sinal, pq ouvi alguns comentários bons sobre o lugar, mas o atendimento foi muito precário, levei um chá de cadeira de quase uma hora para algo que já havia sido marcado com antecedência e para quem chegou no horário estipulado. As atendentes se mostraram desorgazinadas e sem saber dar um retorno sobre algo simples. Enfim, o que salvou foi o médico, que teve um atenção razoável. Mas sai muito desgostosa e com a sensação de dinheiro mal empregado e com a certeza que nunca mais volto ali. O tratamento pode até funcionar, mas o atendimento antes da assinatura do contrato ficou a desejar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito bem atendido, a clínica nao tem acesso a caderante e deficiente visual e o banheiro não tem acessibilidade para os deficientes. Local climatizados e profissionais muito atenciosos. Fui nessa clínica para fazer um tratamento de pino,coroa, bloco e colocacao do aparelho, o preço ficou razoável tive a supresa que não posso fazer o tratamento.
