Se o atendimento pessoalmente e bom já não sei, mais posso dizer que o pós venda infelizmente não funciona

I've been trying to call for 2 days but they don't answer, I've tried at different times. I needed to schedule a covid test and it was impossible to get in touch. I don't understand why they provide a phone if no one answers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótima drogaria, só sugiro realizar treinamento para a compra com Vidalink. Sempre culpam o sistema e demora mais de 20 minutos para efetivar a venda. Na última vez, desisti e paguei em dinheiro porque o Vidalink “não passava”. No entanto os atendentes são muito solícitos e educados.
Great drugstore, I just suggest training for buying with Vidalink. They always blame the system and it takes more than 20 minutes to make the sale. Last time, I gave up and paid cash because Vidalink “didn't pass”. However the attendants are very helpful and polite.
