★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mandei um orçamento de 15h da tarde e eles entravam no whatsapp e não responderam. Infelizmente nessa época precisamos ter certeza se o produto tem em loja devido a pandemia. Mas alguns lugares deixam a desejar. A Drogasil tem um espaço maravilho e trabalha com laboratórios excelentes, talvez seja falta de vontade e motivação dos colaboradores para atender e responder os clientes, uma pena pq muitos querem trabalhar. Enfim, liguei da Av. Agamenon Magalhães novecentos e pouco a altura ... E eles mal queriam olhar o produto pra falar preço e se tinha disponível e deram um whatsapp errado e quando tentei retornar não atenderam mais, tentei ligar várias vezes, eu realmente quero o produto. Na do Derby responderam a primeira, só que não tinha o produto, quando enviei outra opção não me responderam mais. Enviei uma mensagem de agradecimento pela atenção deles só pra vê a resposta, visualizaram mas não responderam. Pena eu ter que ainda dar uma estrela.

But some places fall short. Drogasil has a wonderful space and works with excellent laboratories, perhaps it is the lack of willingness and motivation of employees to serve and respond to customers, a shame because many want to work. Anyway, I called from Av. Agamenon Magalhães nine hundred and a little to the height ... And they barely wanted to look at the product to talk about price and if it was available and gave a wrong whatsapp and when I tried to return they didn't answer, I tried to call several times, I really I want the product. Derby's answered the first question, only it didn't have the product, when I sent another option they didn't answer me anymore. I sent a message of thanks for their attention just to see the answer, they viewed it but did not respond. Too bad I still have to give it a star.
