Até mesmo para uma simples consulta para saber se tem ou não o produto na farmácia, é necessário tirar senha e aguardar um tempo bem longo, porque as atendentes disponíveis provavelmente estarão dedicadas apenas para a perfumaria.
Uma boa sugestão seria disponibilizar terminais de autoatendimento.

Na data de ontem 10/12/2020,levei minha mãe pra fazer,paguei 110,00,falaram que era confiável e certo,o exame deu negativo! Sai de lá e fui na upa,minha mãe foi internada uma hora depois com covid positivo! Se alguém fizer o teste,aconselho procurar um outro método depois.

I left there and went to the UPA, my mother was hospitalized an hour later with a positive covid! If someone takes the test, I advise you to look for another method later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia de ontem, 10/12 minha irmã levou minha mãe nessa farmácia para fazer o teste de Covid, que segundo eles era confiável, pois no hospital não quiseram fazer pq tinha que esperar 10 dias e minha mãe já estava com os sintomas há uma semana e só piorando.
Daí ela foi levada pra fazer o teste nessa farmácia, pagamos 110,00 e deu negativo.
Como ela não melhorava, já sairam de lá e levaram ela pra UPA pra ver o que poderia ser e o teste de Covid deu positivo e ela teve que ser internada na mesma hora.
Ou seja, se tivéssemos acreditado nesse teste e levado pra casa, talvez fosse tarde.
