Estive na Drogasil da Avenida Jaguaré essa última semana, e, a farmacêutica Marina conflitou comigo a existência de Clavulin 250mg, quase desacreditei da receita do médico, mas, por sorte apareceu a outra farmacêutica japonesinha a tempo e a explicou que o dito remédio existia.
Pelo amor de Deus, caso de criança com pneumonia, eu prestes a passar um carão com o médico dizendo que a receita estava errada.
Acredito que foi um caso de recém formada, mas, cadê o treinamento para esses atendentes?
O atendimento deixou muito a desejar!!!!
Por sinal, para finalizar o remédio estava em falta e fui salva pela Drogaria Onofre em casa!!!

I was at Drogasil on Avenida Jaguaré this past week, and Marina pharmacy conflicted with me the existence of Clavulin 250mg, I almost discredited the doctor's prescription, but luckily the other Japanese pharmacist appeared in time and explained that the drug existed.
For God's sake, if I have a child with pneumonia, I was about to pass a card with the doctor saying the prescription was wrong.
I believe it was a case of a recent graduate, but where is the training for these attendants?
The service left a lot to be desired !!!!
By the way, to finish the medicine was missing and I was saved by Drugstore Onofre at home !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento marquei para realizar o exame da COVID as 13:00, porém a pessoa só apareceu as 13:30 e com um baita mau humor….. não tá feliz muda de emprego…..
Bad service, I made an appointment to undergo the COVID exam at 1:00 pm, but the person only showed up at 1:30 pm and with a hell of a bad mood….. not happy to change job…..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Tentei fazer um exame de Covid e falaram que estava cheio. Entrei no sistema e todos horários disponíveis…. Atendente nem olha no sistema pra verificar a disponibilidade… preguiça de trabalhar, falta de educação…. Nunca mais

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento é bom e excelente em educação dos funcionários, porém agilidade em desconto que a drogaria oferece e tbm falar cpf no balcão e no caixa de duas a três vezes é cansativo demais,as vezes vc quer comprar uma aspirina e insistem no seu CPF sempre, fiquei quase uma hora com esposa grávida para um atendente solicitar um desconto e com outro cliente a mesma coisa.
Muita demora no atendimento.
Service is good and excellent in employee education, but agility in discount that the drugstore offers and also talking cpf at the counter and at the cashier two to three times is too tiring, sometimes you want to buy an aspirin and insist on your CPF always, I spent almost an hour with a pregnant wife for an attendant to request a discount and with another client the same thing.
Much delay in attendance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui à farmácia e recebi um péssimo atendimento de uma funcionária em particular, identificada apenas como Ellen. A mesma foi extremamente mal educada e também atendeu no caixa com muita arrogância. Fiquei muito chateado com a situação.

Demoram quase 3 horas para responder zap, atender telefone então nem pensar.
Exceto funcionária Erica que é muito atenciosa
Sempre a resposta é q loja está cheia e não tem funcionários.
Acho que vcs deveriam providenciar mais funcionários, para que não sobrecarregue,prejudique e comprometa o atendimento, e para podermos continuar efetuando nossas compras
Espero uma resposta,na minha reclamação.

I am forwarding my dissatisfaction with the Jaguaré unit.
It takes almost 3 hours to answer zap, answer the phone so don't even think about it.
Except employee Erica who is very attentive
Always the answer is that the store is full and has no employees.
I think you should provide more employees, so that they don't overload, harm and compromise the service, and so we can continue making our purchases.
I expect an answer to my complaint.
