★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O único telefone que possuem não atendem, quando você vai na loja falta proatividade. A farmácia informa que tem serviço de delivery mas se não atendem não sei como conseguem fazer as entregas. A Gente evita sair de casa nessa pandemia, mas a empresa não se importa.
The only phone they have doesn't answer, when you go to the store they lack proactivity. The pharmacy informs that they have a delivery service but if they don't, I don't know how they manage to deliver. People avoid leaving home in this pandemic, but the company doesn't care.

I went to the pharmacy that says it closes at 11 pm I arrived at 10:40 pm and the man said it closed at 10 am to 11 pm and it wasn't 10:50 pm so change the time

Our bad service, employees (badly educated of course there are exceptions) but 1 or 2 are saved, a manager unable to direct a company of the Ultrafarma group.
