Another pharmacy in which telephone is a mere piece of decoration. No one answers the customer. Certainly, as in the next competitor, employees are busy trying to push the store's energetic gifts, vitamins and all sorts of trinkets.

They take too long to respond on whatsapp. I waited 2 hrs when I was attended they had finished the deliveries, because of the time.

Excellent service, always very polite and helpful staff ... in addition to the prices being a little better than in the competitors, there is a very clean and organized place, it really is worth buying at Drogasil!

Fui la para fazer o teste swab covid e o que me ofereceram foi uma burocracia para fazer o agendamento e ainda por cima indicaram a concorrência (Pague Menos) para realizar o exame.
Eu iria pagar uma valor alto para o exame.
Terrible attendance.
I went there to take the swab covid test and what they offered me was bureaucracy to make the appointment and on top of that they indicated the competition (Pague Menos) to take the exam.
I would pay a high fee for the exam.

In person, it's great, it's my favorite! Good products, good service, clean and organized store. However, I needed a delivery now and tried to call three different numbers, without success. I bought it at a competitor (Pague Menos).
