Rui Barbosa, hoje tive um início de discussão com um atendente, primeiro que antes de ir ao estabelecimento eu fiz um pequena pesquisa sobre o valor do medicamento "Hexizine", na Drogasil foi me passado o valor em torno de R$ 26,00, fui até o primeiro atendente e perguntei se não poderiam aproximar o valor do medicamento ao mesmo valor que a drogasil cobrou pois o mesmo medicamento custava 31,00 na Pagmenos. O atendente prontamente o fez, estipulou o desconto e o mesmo medicamento saiu por 28 reais, fui até ao caixa efetuar o pagamento, quando chego ao caixa vi que o sorvete cremosissimo estava na promoção de 20,80 por 18,80 , fui até o freezer peguei o sorvete e na hora que fui passar me foi cobrado os 20,80, e que não poderia passar na mesma compra já que o caixa havia finalizado a compra. Do medicamento , fui efetuar o pagamento em dinheiro e não tinham troco,, falei que não era problema meu em relação ao troco, e o atendente começou a debochar e dizer que " engraçado o cliente faz confusão com uma coisa que agente. Não tem nada haver" a discussão parou por que eu não quis continuar,amanhã estarei indo ao PROCON denunciar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se eu fosse o gestor da Pague Menos, retiraria os telefones de todas as unidades. Já que essa desgraça não funciona, pelo menos economizaria na despesa em manter um serviço inoperante.
