★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Duas estrelas ainda pq o atendimento é bom e os funcionários não fizeram muita frescura pra trocar um medicamento q tinha sua fórmula errada... Mas os preços são além do normal em se tratando de drogasil e droga raia q são do mesmo patrimônio, juntando as três são iguais shoppings, valem a pena alguns produtos, mas em sua maioria são extremamente caros, costumo dizer q estas drogarias são iguais comprar algo num shopping dom Pedro da vida, caro pelo local, a drugstore no balão da abolição unip tem preços muito mais acessíveis e com os mesmos produtos e mesma qualidade, não sou dono dessa farmácia em questão, mas recomendo, pois só compro lá e já comparei os preços...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto muito da localização, bom atendimento, acesso fácil e estacionamento no local. Porém o que deixa a desejar é o atendimento por telefone, fiquei 40 minutos tentando pegar alguns preços de medicamentos e não fui atendida.
I really like the location, good service, easy access and parking on site. However, what is lacking is the telephone service, I spent 40 minutes trying to get some medication prices and I was not answered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Fiz compra pelo site, fui retirar, não encontraram meu pedido, fiquei esperando, não souberam me orientar, disseram que eles só separam o medicamento, como se fossem empresas separadas. Nunca mais. Em tempos de pandemia, não estão preparados para oferecer o serviço.
Terrible attendance. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu Senhor, nunca mais compro nada nessa farmacia, o pior atendimento para compras pela internet do planeta, é simplesmente impossivel ser atendido, o whatsapp nunca responde e o telefone manda entrar em contato pelo whatsapp, não comprem online nesse lugar.

Utilizamos o sistema de Vidalink pra comprar e nunca está disponível, funcionando neste lugar...qnd sim, não tem o medicamento na mesma. Até compra pela internet não dá certo, adquiri um umidificador de ar no site da Drogaria São Paulo pra retirada nesta unidade e quando fui retirar a atendente informou que não existe o produto em nenhuma unidade das Drogarias São Paulo, que eu teria q realizar o cancelamento da compra e solicitar o reembolso! Infelizmente devido a muitas tentativas frustradas não entro nem pra comprar um simples antigripal.
I only give one star because I can't leave it blank! Ironically, I live on the street behind the pharmacy and I can't be a customer of this one. We use the Vidalink system to buy and it is never available, working in this place... if yes, there is no medicine in it. Even buying over the internet doesn't work, I purchased an air humidifier on the Drogaria São Paulo website to be removed from this unit and when I went to pick it up, the attendant informed that the product does not exist in any unit of Drogaria São Paulo, that I would have to cancel it. purchase and request a refund! Unfortunately, due to many failed attempts, I don't even go in to buy a simple anti-flu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os atendentes são nota 10, porém o sistema via aplicativo não atualiza o estoque como deveria e tive que sair da loja e ir até a da marechal carmona para poder retirar o medicamento. Gastei muito tempo e combustível. Lamentável.
The attendants are a 10, but the system via the application does not update the stock as it should and I had to leave the store and go to Marshal Carmona's to be able to withdraw the medicine. I spent a lot of time and fuel. Unfortunate.
