Não entendo o porque de ter um telefone no estabelecimento se ninguém quer atender, eu digo querer porque não e possível que em três dias tentando eles ainda não tiveram tempo de atender.
If I had the option of 0 star I would give this one, I have been calling the store for three days and no one answers. I don't understand why having a phone in the establishment if nobody wants to answer it, I say wanting it because it's not possible that in three days trying they still haven't had time to answer it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa tarde, hj 24/12 , procurei a farmácia para aplicar um medicamento que só poderia ser hj , receita controlada.
Uma das 4 atendentes me falou que estavam com quadro de funcionários restrito e que não será possível, apos minha insistência, foi falar com uma farmacêutica, que eu nem vi, voltou com a resposta de que ela estava indo embora 14h30 e que a próxima funcionária só chegaria após 20 minutos, UM ABSURDO!!
Sai indignado com o descaso, procurei outra farmácia e fui atendido.

Good afternoon, today 12/24, I went to the pharmacy to apply a medication that could only be today, prescription controlled.
One of the 4 attendants told me that they had a restricted staff and that it will not be possible, after my insistence, went to talk to a pharmacist, who I didn't even see, came back with the answer that she was leaving 2:30 pm and that the next employee it would only arrive after 20 minutes, AN ABSURD !!
I left indignant at the neglect, I looked for another pharmacy and was treated.
