★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto muito da drogaria o atendimento dos funcionários são bons mais tem uma gerente que eu vir ela fazendo uma reclamação com um funcionário que eu achei aquilo um absurdo uma pessoa com o cargo de gerente não pode fazer aqui muito menos em público eu e mais 3 clientes ficamos abismado, ser eu não mim engano o nome da gerente é Amanda esse ocorrido foi na quinta feira agora.
Mais de resto adoro a drogaria moro aqui na rua juriti mais gosto de ir lá só pelo atendimento.
Falei isso pq acredito que ser uma pessoa dessa continua lá pode vim a estragar os funcionários.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dia desses ao passar no caixa da unidade fui informada de que eu teria desconto na Vitamina DePURA 500 através do convênio Amil, e que de R$74,98 eu pagaria R$59,98. Informei à caixa que o valor informado na prateleira era outro, mais baixo. Fui até lá, tirei uma foto do preço, R$60,95 e mostrei a ela, que então respondeu que "o preço deve ter aumentado e esqueceram de trocar a etiqueta", e que "ainda assim, com o desconto do convênio eu pagaria um valor menor que o informado". Eu fui trouxa e paguei, mas exigi a ela que corrigissem o valor imediatamente pois aquilo estava completamente errado. Enfim, apenas depois que fui embora me dei conta que a etiqueta estava datada do dia anterior, e o preço cheio informado na minha nota fiscal era 23% mais caro do que o anunciado, ou seja não me pareceu plausível que de um dia para o outro o preço do produto aumentaria tanto. Resolvi então voltar à drogaria e conversar com a gerência para entender qual a lógica da política de preços deles, no entanto o local estava cheio e acredito que, ao perceber que eu estava aguardando para falar com ela, a gerente ficou de papo com outra cliente para se esquivar. Foi então que notei, na frente do balcão de medicamentos, esse mesmo produto com um preço completamente diferente, menor que o preço cheio da minha nota porém maior que o da outra prateleira. Notei também que a etiqueta anunciando o produto por R$60,95 CONTINUAVA LÁ, NO MESMO LUGAR, DO MESMÍSSIMO JEITO. Ou seja, cheguei à conclusão que a Drogaria Sp só pode estar tirando com a minha cara e agem de má fé para confundir os clientes com relação aos preços e oferecendo um desconto que NÃO EXISTE, infringindo além de tudo o Código de Defesa do Consumidor. Sempre dei preferência à Drogaria Sp apesar da variedade enorme de drogarias que servem a região, mas depois dessa palhaçada não piso mais nessa espelunca e vou contraindicar para TODOS.

In other words, I came to the conclusion that Drogaria Sp can only be taking it out with my face and act in bad faith to confuse customers with regard to prices and offering a discount that DOES NOT EXIST, violating above all the Consumer Protection Code. I have always given preference to Drogaria Sp despite the huge variety of drugstores that serve the region, but after this clowning I no longer walk in this joint and I will recommend it to EVERYONE.

Atendeu. Nem olhou o computador e já disse que não tinha horário para a semana e disse que eu deveria agendar online. Atendimento péssimo, sem gentileza, ríspidos. Infelizmente não peguei os nomes dos funcionários.

Precisei realizar um teste de Covid por conta de um trabalho e fui muito bem atendido por todos, não precisei agendar e recebi o laudo em menos de 15 minutos. A farmacêutica Sabrina foi muito simpática e atenciosa. A loja é bastante organizada, limpa e tem estacionamento próprio gratuito.
Unlike most reviews, my experience was very good! I needed to take a Covid test because of a job and I was very well attended by everyone, I didn't need to schedule and I received the report in less than 15 minutes. The pharmacist Sabrina was very friendly and helpful. The store is very organized, clean and has its own free parking.
