★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui na farmácia dia 22/03/2018 a noite e fui muito bem atendida! Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e se colocaram à disposição de buscar um remédio que tinha apenas em outra unidade. Além disso nos avisaram todos os descontos pelo plano de saúde.

Diversas formas de pagamento e grande variedade de cosméticos. Me sinto muito bem com os suplementos da Apsen e o preço nessa drogaria é o melhor da região.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drogaria com ZERO profissionalismo. As 14h solicitei um remedio que tinha que tomar as 15h. Agora sao 19;30h e até agora não entregaram, detalhe, dormi neste período por conta dos remédios. Liguei e a atendente disse que não poderia entregar hj. Eu falei: mas senhora, estamos falando de remedio, eu preciso tomar ele. Gente, entenda q não estamos falando de um pudim ou um sorvete, mas REMÉDIOS, TRATAMENTO DE DOENÇAS. Ela quis jogar a culpa na atendente da tarde ao invés de resolver. SIMPLESMENTE RIDÍCULO! Nunca mais piso nessa drogaria São Paulo e nenhuma outra da rede.
Drugstore with ZERO professionalism. At 2 pm I requested a medicine that I had to take at 3 pm. Now it's 7:30 pm and so far they haven't delivered, detail, I slept in this period because of the medication. I called and the attendant said they couldn't deliver today. I said: but ma'am, we're talking about medicine, I need to take it. People, understand that we are not talking about a pudding or an ice cream, but REMEDIES, TREATMENT OF DISEASES. She wanted to blame the afternoon attendant instead of solving it. SIMPLY RIDICULOUS! I never set foot in this São Paulo drugstore or any other drugstore in the chain.
