Fiz um pedido no uber eats demorou mais de 1 horas 20 minutos para entregar , sendo que o prazo máximo de entrega era de 35 a 45 minutos .
Não cancelei devido a consideração ao entregador que já estava esperando mais de 30 minutos , Absurdo.
Somente após a minha ligação para o estabelecimento que eles liberaram o pedido , DETALHE MEU PEDIDO FOI REALIZADO EM UMA TERÇA-FEIRA ., ou seja não tinha tanto movimento e mesmo se tivesse eles deveriam cumprir a estimativa de horário .
