★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido, me pediram de 45~1hr p entrega e depois de 2hr sem chegar entramos em contato, nos informaram que estavam com sobre carga de pedidos. Depois de 3hr chegou. Infelizmente o pedido efetuado 9hr d noite foi chegar após as 12:30hr todos ja mortos de fome e insatisfeitos com a situação. Por mais gostoso q seja o sanduíche não indico devido a falta de compromisso co o cliente.
 I placed an order, they asked me for 45 ~ 1hr p delivery and after 2hr without arriving we got in touch, they informed us that they were overloaded with orders. After 3hr it arrived. Unfortunately the request made at 9:00 pm was to arrive after 12:30 pm everyone was already starving and dissatisfied with the situation. As tasty as the sandwich is, I do not recommend it due to the lack of commitment to the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo sanduíche mas péssimo na entrega, nunca rntrefsm no tempo "PADRÃO " da empresa. Se não conseguem atender a demanda de pedidos , fechem estabelecimento.
Não adianta ter um bom sanduíche se não chega no tempo certo.
Geralmente são 120 minutos de espera.
Great sandwich but lousy delivery, never rntrefsm on company "STANDARD" time. If they cannot meet order demand, close shop.
It's no use having a good sandwich if it doesn't arrive on time.
Usually it's 120 minutes of waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento inicial ótimo. Atendente super educada e a disposição de esclarecer todas as dúvidas, porém a experiência pós o pedido foi terrivelmente desagradável. Após uma hora e meia de espera, ligamos para saber se o motoqueiro já tinha saído, porém os hambúrgueres estavam embalados aguardando a espera do mesmo. Ressaltamos que o pedido foi realizado 22:12 e até o momento 00:15 não chegou. Estamos tentando ligar e o telefone está desligado. Comparecemos ao endereço, contudo já estava fechado. Ou seja, super descaso com o cliente. Não recomendo!
Great initial service. Super polite attendant and willingness to clarify all doubts, but the experience after the request was terribly unpleasant. After an hour and a half of waiting, we called to see if the biker had left yet, but the hamburgers were packed waiting for him to wait. We emphasize that the request was made at 22:12 and so far 00:15 has not arrived. We're trying to call and the phone is off. We went to the address, but it was already closed. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente já faz bastante tempo e venho me decepcionado. Hoje fiz um pedido as 21:20 com previsão de entrega de 40 a 60 minutos. Entrei em contato e o pedido saiu para entrega as 22:00 e já são 23:00. Provavelmente o hamburguer chegará frio e bem mais tarde do que o que realmente está previsto.
Aconselho a mudarem o tempo de entrega quando o número de pedidos estiver maior que o padrão. Além da fome fica a insatisfação pela demora.

I have been a customer for a long time and I have been disappointed. Today I placed an order at 21:20 with a delivery forecast of 40 to 60 minutes. I got in touch and the order came out for delivery at 10:00 PM and it's already 11:00 PM. Probably the burger will arrive cold and well later than what is actually planned.
I advise you to change the delivery time when the number of orders is higher than the default. Besides hunger there is dissatisfaction with the delay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente minha última experiência foi péssima. Apesar de gostarmos dos lanches vínhamos nos decepcionando quanto a demora nas entregas. E ainda ontem ao fazermos nossos pedidos fomos informados que poderia levar até 90 minutos. Bem, estranhei, mas estava chovendo....ok.
Porém depois de aguardar 2 horas resolvemos ligar. Telefone desligado. Tentamos diversas vezes.
No final, não recebemos nossos lanches e nenhum retorno da empresa.
Se há gargalo para atendimento, recusem o pedido. Esclareçam de imediato. Deixar de fazer entrega é um absurdo.
TOTAL DESCASO COM CLIENTE. NAO PEÇO NADA NUNCA MAIS.
Unfortunately my last experience was terrible. Although we like the snacks we were disappointed about the delay in delivery. And just yesterday when we placed our orders we were informed that it could take up to 90 minutes. Well, it was weird, but it was raining .... ok.
But after waiting 2 hours we decided to call. Phone off. We tried several times.
In the end, we received no snacks and no returns from the company.
If there is bottleneck for fulfillment, refuse the request. Clarify immediately. Failure to make delivery is absurd.
TOTAL LOSS WITH CUSTOMER. I ask for nothing more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lixoooo, fiz o pedido por aplicativo, paguei e não recebi, fui até o estabelecimento e a resposta que eu tive é que o estabelecimento estava fechado, o indivíduo não quis nem cancelar o pedido que ele mesmo aceitou. Falta de compromisso com o estabelecimento, estavam vários motoqueiros na porta, ele estava aceitando pedidos e não entregava os mesmos, vergonha.
