★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço de manutenção e atendimento ao cliente péssimos . Não consertam no local e nem testam. Meus controles do xbox voltaram com os mesmos problemas e não devolveram o dinheiro.
Poor service and customer service. They do not repair on the spot or test. My xbox controls came back with the same problems and did not return the money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NÃO INDICO péssimo atendimento, dei um sinal de 100 reais e no dia seguinte desisti da compra pois por diversas vezes pedi para tirarem minhas dúvidas e não me atenderam, quando consegui falar o cara queria me convencer que a máquina era boa pedi um PC GAMER ele queria me vender uma maquina com CORE I3 DE TERCEIRA GERAÇÃO. Pedi meu $ de volta e não me devolveram.
NÃO COMPREM NESSA LOJA .
I DON'T INDICATE bad service, I gave a down payment of 100 reais and the next day I gave up the purchase because I asked them to clear my doubts several times and they didn't answer me, when I managed to speak the guy wanted to convince me that the machine was good I asked for a PC GAMER he wanted to sell me a machine with THIRD GENERATION CORE I3. I asked for my $ back and they didn't give it back to me.
DO NOT BUY IN THIS STORE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço prestado um completo descaso com o cliente, deixei um Iphone para trocar a traseira, na hora de passar o orçamento não me informaram que não seria original, foi realizada a troca e só depois fui ver que não era, serviço mal feito, ficou colas para fora, e bem mal acabado, levei lá novamente e eles apenas limparam as colas, e eu disse que estava insatisfeita com serviço e eles não me deram nenhuma solução após isso o telefone começou a aparecer o defeito de aquecimento, onde entrei em contato com a empresa novamente e eles me falaram que era normal sendo que nunca tinha aparecido isso antes, então disse que ainda estava insatisfeita, que iria ate a loja retirar o celular do meu irmão que tinha levado nesse meio tempo para trocar tela e traseira, pois já não confiava mais que eles iriam prestar um bom serviço, e que queria meu dinheiro de volta. Quando cheguei lá, ele me disse que para ficar original eu precisaria comprar a carcaça de outro celular, me senti completamente lesada e enganada, pois ele poderia ter me falado isso deis do começo ter sido transparente e honesto, após todo esse transtorno eles me devolveram o valor que tinha pagado na tela, mas mesmo ainda sai no prejuízo com um serviço que vou ter que mandar refazer em outro lugar, e com um problema que o celular não tinha.
Terrible service provided, complete disregard for the customer, I left an iPhone to change the rear, when I went through the budget I was not informed that it would not be original, the exchange was carried out and only later I went to see that it was not, poor service, it was glues out, and pretty poorly finished, took it there again and they just cleaned the glues, and i said i was dissatisfied with the service and they didn't give me any solution after that the phone started to show heating defect, where i contacted with the company again and they told me that it was normal since this had never appeared before, so I said that I was still dissatisfied, that I would go to the store to retrieve my brother's cell phone, who had taken in the meantime to change the screen and rear, because I no longer trusted that they would do a good job, and that I wanted my money back. When I got there, he told me that to be original I would need to buy the carcass of another cell phone, I felt completely wronged and cheated, because he could have told me that since I was transparent and honest from the beginning, after all this inconvenience they gave it back to me the amount I had paid on the screen, but it still comes out at a loss with a service that I'll have to order elsewhere, and with a problem that the cell phone didn't have.
