Liguei na sexta pela manha e combinei um frete .
Disseram que a coleta seria no mesmo dia, porém após as 18h. Depois ligaram e disseram que a coleta seria na segunda e entrega na Terça . Esperei na segunda durante o dia todo e às 20:30 o cara liga para falar que a coleta seria na terça , cancelei na hora . total falta de profissionalismo !!!!!! Não indico !!!
I hired the service based on these reviews and it was a total disappointment !!!
I called on Friday morning and arranged a shipping.
They said that the collection would be on the same day, but after 18:00. Then they called and said that the collection would be on Monday and delivery on Tuesday. I waited on Monday all day and at 8:30 pm the guy called to say that the collection would be on Tuesday, I canceled right away. Total lack of professionalism!!!!!! I do not recommend!!!
