Porém questionei sobre isso é a dona Marta me disse que se eu não pagasse minha mudança não iria porém fui obrigado a pagar quase o dobro do valor, bem porque já estava em viagem e não tinha como tirar mais a mudança dessa empresa é contratar outra, na realidade fui coagido por ela, quando a mudança chega ai me cobrou mais 1dest1reais para deixar em um parceiro dela porque o caminhão tinha que retornar .no destino final sem

I hired the company to pack and transport my move, car and motorcycle, from Rio de Janeiro, to Rondônia. They served with all efficiency, skill and delivered 1 week in advance of the agreed deadline, without damage and in perfect condition.

São muito pontuais, chegaram adiantados para retirar os móveis e entregaram antes do prazo previsto. A equipe muito atenciosa, educada e muito profissional. Tudo foi entregue direitinho, e olhe que fizemos mudança compartilhada com outra família e nada foi trocado ou misturado. Tudo chegou perfeito! Our move was from São Paulo to João Pessoa, and I can say that their service really is excellent, we were very satisfied! They are very punctual, they arrived early to remove the furniture and delivered it ahead of schedule. The staff are very attentive, polite and very professional. Everything was delivered right, and look that we made a move shared with another family and nothing was exchanged or mixed. Everything arrived perfect! Without a shadow of a doubt, an excellent company, and the day I need to move again it will definitely be with them. I super recommend them. Congratulations to the entire team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu já tinha praticamente fechado com a Santhiago Mudanças (que são legais também, vide Google Maps e Reclame Aqui), mas o preço da Duas Irmãs Mudanças acabou sendo melhor, além disso, tive a impressão de um cuidado maior com as coisas dos seus clientes antes da realização da mudança. Durante a mudança em si (veja pelas fotos), vi isso na prática: cuidado na embalagem dos móveis, louças, vidros e outros, e no transporte também. A galera da mudança é simpática. No meu caso a galera teve que levar ainda a cama de casal pelas escadas (não cabia do elevador), foi complicado (mais de 15 andares), mas deu tudo certo. Um ponto legal também foi que eles desmontaram a cama todinha e remontaram tal como estava antes, o mesmo para o sofá e outros. Dois problemas que tive: 6 parafusos que estavam juntos no saco bolha sumiram, assim ficou acordado um dos funcionários entregar na portaria do condomínio para eu mesmo colocar; dois copos quebraram, mesmo embalados com um papel grosso. No geral, recomendo!
I had pretty much closed with the Santhiago Changes (which are cool too, see Google Maps and Complain Here), but the price of the Two Sisters Changes turned out to be better, moreover, I had the impression of taking greater care with your customers' things before making the change. During the change itself (see through the photos), I saw this in practice: careful packaging of furniture, dishes, glass and others, and transportation as well. The people of change are nice. In my case, the guys had to take the double bed up the stairs (it could not fit the elevator), it was complicated (more than 15 floors), but everything worked out. A cool point was also that they dismantled the whole bed and reassembled just as it was before, the same for the sofa and others. Two problems I had: 6 bolts that were together in the bubble bag were gone, so was agreed one of the staff deliver at the condo concierge to put myself; two glasses broke, even if packed with a thick paper. Overall, highly recommend!

Be careful when packing and when transporting, excellent professionals and not to mention that they dismantle them (Of course they assemble them later). Quality service and met my expectations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Durante a mudança um dos funcionários levou um calçados Hugo Boss do meu marido e demos falta do calçado, retornei para a empresa e reclamei que havia dado falta do calçado a proprietária fez reunião e o funcionário assumiu que havia levado e devolveu, deixei passar mas logo dei falta de muitas roupas das milhas filhas , muitas mesmo, roubaram muitas peças de roupas das crianças. Deixei pra lá mas revolta cada vez que vou buscar e não encontro as peças.As calças dos uniformes escolares levaram todas!!! Shortinhos tudo!!!
Não prestei queixa mas cada vez que dou falta das peças me revolto e decidi alertar para que outras pessoas não passem pelo que estou passando.
A proprietário disse que mandou embora o funcionário .
During the move, one of the employees took one of my husband's Hugo Boss shoes and we missed the shoes, I returned to the company and complained that the shoes were missing, the owner held a meeting and the employee assumed that he had taken them and returned them, I let it go but soon I missed a lot of clothes from the daughter miles, many even stole many pieces of clothes from the children. I let it go but I revolt every time I go looking and I can't find the pieces. The school uniform pants took them all!!! Shorts everything!!!
I didn't file a complaint but every time I miss the pieces I get angry and decided to warn other people not to go through what I'm going through.
The owner said she sent the employee away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Contratamos o serviço da empresa no fim do ano para uma mudança intermunicipal. No orçamento, estava escrito que a desmontagem dos móveis e o empacotamento dos outros objetos eram realizados um dia antes da viagem. Estava tudo combinado para que o processo fosse esse, até que no dia anterior fossemos verificar se estava tudo ok. Fomos informados de que o empacotamento seria no mesmo dia da viagem de mudança. Insistimos para que fosse feito conforme o acertado antes, porque tínhamos alguns móveis difíceis de serem desmontados e havia chances de não conseguirmos descarregar a mudança no outro condomínio devido ao horário, até que a administração nos informou que enviaria alguém um dia antes então para fazer a desmontagem. Foi só enrolação: no outro dia informaram que isso não seria possível, visto haver muitas mudanças programadas para o fim de ano. Aceitamos já prevendo que daria algum problema. De fato, no dia da mudança chegaram após o horário previsto e só conseguimos descarregar os objetos por bondade do zelador que aceitou fazer uma hora extra para acompanhar a descarga. Porém, os móveis ficaram sem serem montados. Nos informaram que a montagem seria feita no próximo dia, mas ninguém apareceu, nem nele nem nos outros dias em que insistimos. Também não responderam mais nossas mensagens. Além disso tudo, como era de se esperar, alguns móveis ficaram danificados devido ao descuido e à pressa no dia da mudança, e alguns itens essenciais simplesmente sumiram. Esperamos nunca mais ter que fechar negócio com a empresa.
Bad experience. We hired the company's service at the end of the year for an intercity move. In the budget, it was written that the disassembly of the furniture and the packing of the other objects were carried out the day before the trip. Everything was arranged for the process to be like this, until the day before we went to check if everything was ok. We were told that packing would be on the same day as the moving trip. We insisted that it be done as agreed before, because we had some furniture that was difficult to dismantle and there were chances that we wouldn't be able to unload the change in the other condominium due to the time, until the administration informed us that they would send someone the day before then to do the disassembly. It was just a fluke: the other day they informed me that this would not be possible, since there are many changes scheduled for the end of the year. We accepted already foreseeing that there would be some problem. In fact, on the day of the move they arrived after the scheduled time and we were only able to unload the objects because of the kindness of the caretaker who agreed to work an extra hour to accompany the unloading. However, the furniture was left unassembled. We were informed that the assembly would be done the next day, but no one showed up, neither on it nor on the other days we insisted on. They also no longer responded to our messages. On top of that, as was to be expected, some furniture was damaged due to carelessness and haste on moving day, and some essential items simply disappeared. We hope to never have to do business with the company again.
