Trabalhei por mais de 3 anos na Ducado e de lá só levei coisas boas. Pela minha considerável experiência na empresa, posso garantir que o trabalho prestado é de ótima qualidade... prezam por respeito, eficiência, honestidade e etc.
Aproveitando o espaço, deixo um abraço à equipe maravilhosa com quem tive o prazer de trabalhar, também aos queridos clientes e amigos que fiz ao longo desses anos.

I worked for more than 3 years at Ducado and from there I only brought good things. Due to my considerable experience in the company, I can guarantee that the work provided is of excellent quality ... they value respect, efficiency, honesty and etc.

I sold an apartment through Ducado and I only have compliments for the company. Everything super organized from the 1st contact until the complete closing of the deal. Always with feedback from all visits and this is rare, in other companies I never had. I was still living in the property, so there was always prior scheduling, respecting my schedules and always on time. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma PESIMA ESPERIENCIA!!! No mês de nov. Liguei para buscar inf. Pois saberia que nk período de fev isso é 3 mês colocaria minha casa em aluguel e fui bem atendida gostei das informações e fiquei tranquila pois saberia com quem iria trabalhar... POREM no momento isso é hoje a 3 semanas de Lugar a casa como foi inf em novembro ( solicitar avaliação 15 dias antes ) pois é marcarcaro a visita para o dia seguinte às 10 dia e hora escolhido pelo avaliador... me organizei limpei e preparei tudo .... porém no dia menos de 1 hora pra chegada do avaliador Glaisson ele simplesmente manda um nsn dizendo que está agarrado para qye eu faça fotos e etc insoma o trabalho dele .... sem falar que muitas jnformacoes eram contraditória a ligacao em novembro.... insoma GABRIELA falava uma coisa valores e etc..... chegava nos corretores era informações diferente tipo 50 % do primeiro aluguel ( Gabriela inf) corretor 70% glaisson... apesar de tufo aceitei receber outro corretor pois já está aguardando já que o glasson pediu pra arrumar tudo pois viria e em menos de hora cancelada.... o outro corretor me liga e diz que NAO ATENDE TRABALHA NA MINHA REGIAO( SENDO QUE DESDD DE NOV. TODOS : GABRIELE , GLASSON SABUAM MUITO BEM QUAL ERA A REGIAO E ATE TINHA OU MELHOR TEM O CONHECIMENTO DO MEU ENDERECO)
CONCLUSAO MUIIITO BLA BLA BLA PRA NO FINAL NAO REALIZARRM NADA SO FAZER EU PERDER O MEU TEMPO! NAO INDICO ATENCAO!
I HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! In the month of Nov. I called to get info. Because I would know that in the Feb period that is 3 months I would put my house on rent and I was well attended I liked the information and I was calm because I would know who I would work with... BUT at the moment this is today 3 weeks from Place to house as it was inf in November (request evaluation 15 days before) because it is important to schedule the visit for the next day at 10 am, day and time chosen by the evaluator... I organized myself, cleaned and prepared everything.... but on the day less than 1 hour to Glaisson evaluator he simply sends an nsn saying that he is attached so that I can take pictures and etc. insumes his work .... not to mention that many jnformacoes were contradictory to the call in November.... insoma GABRIELA said something about values and so on. .... arrived at the brokers it was different information like 50% of the first rent (Gabriela inf) broker 70% glaisson... despite tuff I accepted to receive another broker because it is already waiting since glasson asked to fix everything because it would come and in less than hour canceled.... the other broker calls me and says it DOESN'T ANSWER IT WORKS IN MY REGION (SINCE NOV. ALL: GABRIELE, GLASSON KNEW VERY WELL WHAT THE REGION WAS AND EVEN HAD OR BETTER HAS THE KNOWLEDGE OF MY ADDRESS)
CONCLUSION A LOT BLA BLA BLA TO AT THE END DON'T DO ANYTHING JUST MAKE ME WASTE MY TIME! DO NOT INDICATE ATTENTION!
