 I rented my apartment with Yes Imóveis and never imagined it would be so quick and practical. Bruna was super attentive and polite from the first contact. She and Solomon were excellent in the whole process. All bureaucracy and pending issues were resolved quickly.
I am very satisfied and happy with the service provided by them and mainly because I was able to rent an apartment in a great location with an affordable price. Super quiet neighborhood and street and next to my son's school !!

Fechei o negócio na hora, apartamento muito bom, a um preço bem justo.
Precisei retornar ao imóvel para velo novamente e, prontamente fui atendido.

São super cuidadosos com todo o processo de compra e venda, na verificação das certidões e de qualquer situação impeditiva que possa prejudicar qualquer das partes e quanto às obrigações relativas ao condomínio, à energia elétrica e impostos - sempre atentos à transferência de titularidade no momento certo - o que proporciona segurança às partes. E vejam que vendi o meu imóvel através da Yes Imóveis e comprei outro diretamente do dono, e o Salomão me deu suporte em ambas as transações, mesmo não havendo pagamento de corretagem na compra. Fiquei muitíssimo satisfeita! Obrigada!!!
I highly recommend YES IMÓVEIS!!! Salomão and Bruna are very attentive and patient. They are very careful with the entire purchase and sale process, in the verification of certificates and any impeding situation that could harm either party and regarding the obligations related to the condominium, electricity and taxes - always attentive to the transfer of title at the right time. - which provides security to the parties. And see that I sold my property through Yes Imóveis and bought another one directly from the owner, and Salomão supported me in both transactions, even though there was no brokerage payment on the purchase.
