Deixei meu carro de manhã pra pegar meio dia. Fui as 12:45h e eles não tinham nem começado o serviço. A menina disse que ESQUECERAM de lavar meu carro.
Bad experience
I left my car in the morning to take noon. I went at 12:45 pm and they had not even started the service. The girl said they forgot to wash my car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente dexei meu carro em perfeito estado e quando fui buscar disseram que nao conseguiram fechar o porta mala, quando cheguei no carro o miolo da fechadura estava afundado, fui no vitrais eles abriram e mostraram q o suporte do cilindro estava quebrado, provavelmente por terem forçado uma chave q nao era o do carro, o dono disse q devia ser peça desgastada e q nao vai pagar o reparo, meu carro é ano 2010.
Fui no Procon porem porem como paguei no dinheiro nao tive como provar q lavei meu carro no lava rápido. A troca do cilindro ficou em 280 reais e o vitrais ainda disse q dei sorte pq se tivessem colocado a chave errada na ignição eu teria q gastar em torno de 700 para reprogramar o módulo. Não recomendo a ninguém.
Unfortunately I left my car in perfect condition and when I went to pick it up they said they could not close the trunk, when I got in the car the cradle of the lock was sunk, I went in the stained glass they opened and they showed that the cylinder holder was broken, probably for having forced a key that was not the one of the car, the owner said that it should be worn out part and he will not pay the repair, my car is year 2010.
I went to Procon however but as I paid for the money I had no way of proving that I washed my car in the quick lava. The cylinder exchange was at 280 reais and the stained glass still said that I was lucky because if they had put the wrong key in the ignition I would have to spend around 700 to reprogram the module. Would not recommend to anyone.

cheio de "gatinho" a mulher me entregou o carro falando que estava pronto, e meu carro estava com o para-choque e as laterais cheia de barro! mesmo mostrando para ela a mesma só deu uma passada de pano e continuou sujo, as rodas do meu carro estavam sujas, os para choques estavam sujos as portas e teto continuavam sujos cheguei em casa tive que termina a limpeza em meu carro.
Tirando que todos os funcionários ficavam perdido no serviço cada hora um começava e passava para o outro que tbm não terminava o serviço, dando o motivo da demora de todos, e pela as partes sujas
A atendente de cabelo curto atenciosa e chama a responsa no peito se for a gerente só tem que gerar a equipe melhor, e mostra o que cada um tem que fazer e conferir antes de entregar o carro pois do jeito quem saiu não podia ter saído!

full of "kitten" the woman handed me the car saying it was ready, and my car had the bumper and the sides full of clay! even showing it she just took a rag and it was still dirty, the wheels on my car were dirty, the shocks were dirty the doors and roof were still dirty I got home I had to finish cleaning my car.
Except that all employees were lost in the service every hour one started and passed to the other that tbm did not finish the service, giving the reason for the delay of all, and for the dirty parts
The attentive short-haired attendant and calls the person on the chest if she is the manager just has to generate the best team, and shows what each one has to do and check before handing over the car, because whoever left could not have left!
