★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levando em consideração o café expresso, a experiência não foi muito bacana.
O café extremamente quente e nada cremoso, parecia um café coado mesmo com pouco sabor e sem aroma ( chega a ser aguado). Apresentação e louças são bacanas mas o mais importante deixa a desejar.
O atendimento é um pouco impessoal, diria estranho mas ok, aparentemente elas tentam.
 Considering the espresso coffee, the experience was not very nice.
The coffee was extremely hot and not at all creamy, it looked like a brewed coffee even with little flavor and no aroma (it was even watery). Presentation and dishes are nice but the most important is lacking.
The service is a little impersonal, I would say strange but ok, apparently they try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência não boa. Achamos os frapês aguados, pão de queijo não estava fresco, cookie de oreo muito gorduroso e sem muito gosto do biscoito e o donut foi requentado por tempo demais no microondas, não estava legal. O preço é muito alto para a qualidade atual, não valeu a pena.
Not good experience. We thought the frappe was watery, the cheese bread was not fresh, the oreo cookie was too greasy and the biscuit tasteless and the donut was reheated for too long in the microwave, it was not good. The price is too high for the current quality, it was not worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi um cappuccino chocolate gelado e um pão de queijo recheado . Estavam muito bons. O atendimento foi bom e o lugar bastante agradável.
I ordered an iced chocolate cappuccino and a stuffed cheese bun. They were very good. The service was good and the place was very pleasant.

Lamentável pq minha filha adorava ir lá, e mesmo com a má vontade das atendentes íamos pra comprar e levar..mas depois da extrema falta de respeito e educação de uma funcionária específica, nao só não voltaremos nunca como faremos propaganda negativa. Quem lida com o público tem que ter o mínimo de educação e preparo. Se tivesse menos de 1 estrela eu daria.
Terrible service. To get bad, it still has to improve a lot. Regrettable because my daughter loved to go there, and even with the bad will of the attendants we went to buy and take away..but after the extreme lack of respect and education of a specific employee, not only will we never come back but we will make negative propaganda. Whoever deals with the public must have a minimum of education and preparation. If it had less than 1 star I would.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Milkshake muito ruim, aguado. Foi feito batendo com gelo e ficou com gosto de água com chocolate. Não recomendo. A pizza pan estava ok, mas muito pequena pelo valor. Péssima experiência no geral.
Milkshake very bad, watery. It was made by hitting it with ice and it tasted like chocolate water. I do not recommend. The pan pizza was ok but very small for the price. Bad experience overall.
