Ao fazer o pedido, não tinha pão de queijo, não tinha os ingredientes necessários para fazer mais de um sanduíche, então fomos pedindo outras sugestões do cardápio. Constatamos que o café, cappuccino, bolo, sanduíche de nutella estava saboroso. Mas só havia uma moça atendendo e preparando o pedido. Então, quando ela estava anotando o pedido de outro cliente, tivemos que esperar para acrescentar algo no nosso. Conclusão: coloquem mais funcionários (um pra anotar os pedidos, outro pra fazer), verifiquem o estoque de vocês (queijo, presunto, pão de queijo). Retornarei para tirar essa avaliação. Boa sorte!
 I went with my family around 10 am. When ordering, I didn't have cheese bread, I didn't have the necessary ingredients to make more than one sandwich, so we asked for other suggestions on the menu. We found that the coffee, cappuccino, cake, nutella sandwich was tasty. But there was only one girl taking the order and preparing it. So, when she was taking another customer's order, we had to wait to add something to ours. Conclusion: put more employees (one to take orders, another to do), check your stock (cheese, ham, cheese bread). I will return to take that assessment. Good luck!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma pésima experiência nesse estabelecimento. A atendente bocejava enquanto eu fazia o pedido. Ao me trazer a xícara de café, perguntei pelo açúcar/adoçante, e a mesma apenas se limitou a indicar com o dedo o local onde eu deveria me levantar e buscar.
I had a bad experience at this establishment. The attendant yawned as I ordered. When she brought me the cup of coffee, I asked about the sugar/sweetener, and she just indicated with her finger the place where I should get up and look for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi um espresso normal, veio sem água com gás, não sei se é padrão da franquia mas não acompanha o cookie de degustação junto, tinha um expositor do lado externo da loja que a pessoa pode se servir, não achei interessante por conta da pandemia.
I ordered a regular espresso, it came without sparkling water, I don't know if it's standard for the franchise but it doesn't come with the tasting cookie, there was a display outside the store that people can help themselves to, I didn't find it interesting because of the pandemic.

I went at night and had no traditional chocolate cookie. However the service was good. I ordered a brownie with vanilla ice cream and it was very tasty.

Hot place and without turning on the air conditioning (so as not to waste energy, it's just the one in the mall) - few outlets. It's not good for work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O ambiente é legal, diferente, espaço bom para você sentar com amigos e conversar, ou sozinho. O atendimento eu achei que ficou um pouco a desejar, não sei se foi algo específico do dia, mas quando chegamos tivemos que ir dentro do estabelecimento pra pegar o cardápio e meu pedido demorou pra ser entregue. Mas vale a pena.
The atmosphere is cool, different, a good space for you to sit with friends and chat, or alone. The service I thought was a little to be desired, I don't know if it was something specific for the day, but when we arrived we had to go inside the establishment to get the menu and my order took a while to be delivered. But it's worth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dentro Goldem shopping calhau, para quem nunca comeu um Donut essa é a oportunidade de experimentar porém caiu um pouco o padrão assim como o cappuccino tradicional que dessa vez veio morno e mais fraco ao contrário das outras vezes que estava mto bom, so tinha uma opção de dunot, havia apenas um atendente que era o mesmo que fazia os pedidos e também servia ao sair apareceu mais um atendente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tivemos uma boa experiência no local. As atendentes foram bem atenciosas. O local é bem agradável e moderno. Por ser dentro do golden shopping é bem prático. Gostei da empada de frango, eles esquentam na hora se quisermos. Também experimentei o capuccino com avelã e tava muito bom.
We had a good experience there. The attendants were very attentive. The place is very nice and modern. As it is inside the golden mall, it is very practical. I liked the chicken pie, they heat up right away if you want it. I also tried the cappuccino with hazelnut and it was very good.
