Uma vez que deslocando-me até a mesma com minha esposa e a minha filha na aquisição de algumas mercadorias, onde viemos a fazer uma grande compra. Ao chegar em casa, e no abrir das embalagens, percebi que não correspondida as medidas com o que estava a mencionar na embalagem.
Pois bem, minha filha retornando a loja para efetuar a troca, e eu com uma dedução de que não viria a ter as respectivas mercadorias na medida correta, ela foi humilhada por um funcionário da loja.
Creio eu que foi a própria proprietária, tudo por que ela estava abrindo as embalagens da possível troca, para ver se as medidas condiziam com o que estava na embalagem. Além de NÃO devolverem o dinheiro, eles EMPURRARAM outras mercadorias sem nos viemos a fazer a necessidade.
Como também de NÃO emitirem NOTA FISCAL.
I would like to pass on to BUYERS that I DO NOT RECOMMEND this store. Since I was traveling to the same place with my wife and daughter to purchase some goods, where we came to make a big purchase. When I got home, and when I opened the packages, I realized that the measurements did not match what was mentioned on the package.
Well, my daughter returning to the store to make the exchange, and I with a deduction that she would not have the respective goods in the correct measure, she was humiliated by a store employee.
I believe it was the owner herself, all because she was opening the packages for the possible exchange, to see if the measurements matched what was on the package. In addition to NOT returning the money, they PUSHED other goods without us needing to.
As well as NOT issuing an INVOICE.
