★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ruim, cheguei faltando 15 minutos para fechar a loja e acredito que as atendentes estavam ansiosas para ir embora.
Infelizmente todo comércio concorrente ao redor também estava fechando e a festa seria no dia seguinte, se não, com certeza compraria em outro lugar.
As duas estrelas ficam por conta de eu ter encontrado oque precisava.
 Bad service, I arrived 15 minutes to close the store and I believe the attendants were eager to leave.
Unfortunately every competing trade around was also closing, and the party would be the next day, otherwise it would definitely buy elsewhere.
The two stars are because I found what I needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi a pior experiencia de compra que tive na vida, deve ser o dono não quis trocar um produto que uma MULHER comprou em 5 minutos, e muito macho falou alto com ela quando questionei sobre ser mulher, ele falou que Já foi o tempo que cliente tinha razão, fora que pela lei ele é obrigado a trocar, eu me prontifiquei com a cliente de ser testemunha.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre comprei no Dudu Festas e indiquei para meus clientes, porém hoje me senti ofendida na loja, uma vez que solicitei um chiclete de olho e a vendedora me deu uma caixa fechada, a qual eu não conseguia ver o produto. Quando Cheguei na empresa e abri para ver como ele seria, percebi que o chiclete era branco e a embalagem era desenhada de olho, ou seja, não era um chiclete DE OLHO! Voltei a loja e com toda educação pedi a troca, uma vez que o produto não era o que havia solicitado. Grosseiramente fui tratada e não fizeram a troca porque a caixa estava aberta e se quer se prontificaram para tentar me ajudar de outra maneira.
Estou EXTREMAMENTE decepcionada com o atendimento, definitivamente não indico mais, pois se me trataram assim, como irão tratar meu cliente? Existem inúmeras lojas de decoração da Teodoro Sampaio, uma pena que não priorizem o cliente. Decepcionada!
I always bought at Dudu Festas and recommended it to my customers, but today I felt offended at the store, since I asked for an eye gum and the salesperson gave me a closed box, which I couldn't see the product. When I arrived at the company and opened it to see what it would be like, I noticed that the gum was white and the packaging was designed with an eye, in other words, it was not an EYE gum! I went back to the store and politely asked for the exchange, since the product was not what I had asked for. I was grossly treated and they didn't make the exchange because the box was open and they were willing to try to help me in another way.
I'm EXTREMELY disappointed with the service, I definitely don't recommend it anymore, because if they treated me like that, how will they treat my client? There are numerous Teodoro Sampaio decoration stores, it's a shame they don't prioritize the customer. Disappointed!
