★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me chamo Pedro, efetuei uma compra no dia 20/12/1/21, por telefone direto com o vencedor Leone da loja física em ibiribeira, Recife/PE, as 16:10 efetuei o pagamento por meio de transferência bancária identificada e no dia seguinte, dia 21/12/21, fui na loja física pegar a mercadoria que comprei, cheguei na loja de 8:20h da manhã, fiquei até 10:20h da manhã esperando, pois o vendedor disse que o sistema tinha caído e só poderia liberar a mercadoria quando o sistema voltasse, isso ele ficou me cozinhando dizendo que o sistema já estava voltando. Eu pedir pra falar com o gerente da loja, e ele não apareceu, em nenhum momento me deram satisfação, pedi pra estornar o pagamento que eu havia feito, o vendedor Leone disse que só poderia efetuar o estorno com 7 dias. Deixo aqui esse relato de descaso com o cliente. Hora nenhum eu pode ter acesso ao gerente da loja. Peço que como cliente , a equipe da empresa DUFRIO aprenda a tratar melhor os cliente, pois essa empresa existe por causa de nós clientes.

I asked to speak to the store manager, and he didn't show up, at no time they gave me satisfaction, I asked to reverse the payment I had made, the seller Leone said he could only reverse it after 7 days. Here I leave this report of neglect with the customer. No time I can have access to the store manager. I ask that as a customer, the team at the DUFRIO company learn to treat customers better, as this company exists because of us, customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendente foi de extrema indelicadeza, para não dizer grosseira. Não se mostrou solicito ou disposto a ajudar em momento algum. Não apenas isso, antes mesmo de me dirigir à loja, liguei antes e questionei se determinado produto estava disponível em loja, já que no site da empresa mostrava que sim. A atendente me deixou plantado esperando para logo após um tempo, simplesmente desligar o telefone na minha cara. Não percam o tempo de vocês indo a esse local. Não recomendo em nada.
The attendant was extremely rude, not to mention rude. He was not solicitous or willing to help at any time. Not only that, even before heading to the store, I called ahead and asked if a certain product was available in store, since the company's website showed that it was. The attendant left me standing there waiting for a while to just hang up the phone in my face. Don't waste your time going to this place. I don't recommend anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amplo estacionamento, mas no momento que fui, foi complicado achar uma vaga pra estacionar. Produtos expostos sem preço. Vendedores não se mostram disponíveis para ajudar. Área de espera para retirada do produto não é bem refrigerada, o painel com com o status do atendimento com letras pequenas. O carregador/despachante bem atenciosos e disponíveis para levar o produto até o carro.
Pela minha experiência não indico comprar presencialmente. Utilizem o site.
Ample parking, but when I went, it was difficult to find a parking space. Exhibited products without price. Sellers are not available to help. Waiting area for product withdrawal is not well cooled, the panel with the service status in small print. The charger/dispatcher very attentive and available to take the product to the car.
In my experience, I do not recommend buying in person. Use the website.
