★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não indico, pra amigo nenhum, estava com um problema no compressor da van, Dia 9 de outubro de 2020 levei na oficina do Roque pra manutenção, o mesmo analisou o compressor e certificou que recumperava o compressor, porém não fez reparo algun no compressor, o que fez foi trocar uma válvula,
cobrou 1.400 R$, onde que em outra oficina o valor era de 900r$ no máximo.
Resumindo, na primeira viaje que fiz o ar-condicionado quebrou, levei no Roque e a resposta foi, a garantia não cobre defeito no compressor, decepção total, não recomendo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Organizado e presta um bom serviço. O Roque identificou um problema elétrico que estava interferindo no disparo do compressor do condicionador de ar. Não foi tão barato e demorou mais que o estimado para entregar, mas resolveu no mesmo dia. Recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não indico de forma alguma. Meu carro não possuía ar condicionado de fábrica e fui no Sr. Roque para fazer a instalação um Fiat Palio 2015 (carcaça antiga), que custou R$ 3.000. Durante todo o 1 ano que se passou a garantia, o carro rodava pouco e nunca passou mais de dois meses sem que o ar aparecesse quebrado. Sempre levei lá (O que já era ruim, moro há quase 30 km da oficina) e toda vez era um problema diferente, vazamento, oring de alguma peça no motor, gás baixando... Ou seja um aparelho usado, porém com qualidade ruim. Passou cerca de um mês que a garantia venceu e novamente o ar parou de gelar. Não confiando mais no Roque, procurei outro profissional e aí que começa minha revolta: Compressor quebrado, condensador estourado, só prejuízo e dor de cabeça. Falei com o proprietário e ele me convidou a levar o carro novamente na oficina para tentar dar um jeito, todavia eu não aceitei, visto que passei um ano todo indo e deixando o carro lá e ele continuava quebrando. Impossível de confiar novamente. Enfim, só prejuízo. A oficina pode ser boa em reparos, porém vacilaram muito comigo, até deram desculpa que o ar era usado, (MAS CLARO QUE ERA, AFINAL O PALIO SAIU DE LINHA). Enfim, não me senti assistido na minha dificuldade e tive que desembolsar uma quantia considerável entre a instalação e agora reparando. Repito novamente, NÃO INDICO.
I do not recommend at all. My car did not have factory air conditioning and I went to Mr. Roque to install a Fiat Palio 2015 (old car), which cost R$3,000. During the entire 1 year that the warranty had passed, the car was running little and never went more than two months without the air being broken. I always took it there (which was bad, I live for almost 30 km from the workshop) and every time it was a different problem, leak, oring of some part in the engine, low gas... In other words, a used device, but with poor quality . About a month passed since the warranty expired and again the air stopped freezing. Not trusting Roque anymore, I looked for another professional and that's where my revolt begins: broken compressor, burst condenser, only damage and headache. I spoke to the owner and he invited me to take the car back to the workshop to try to fix it, but I didn't accept, since I spent a whole year going and leaving the car there and it kept breaking down. Impossible to trust again. In the end, just damage. The workshop can be good at repairs, but they hesitated a lot with me, they even gave an excuse that the air was used, (BUT OF COURSE IT WAS, AFTER ALL THE PALIO LEFT LINE). Anyway, I didn't feel assisted in my difficulty and I had to pay a considerable amount between installing and now repairing. Again, I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
