★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vendedores não dão a mínima atenção após venda, e tudo sempre é culpa do cliente que não sabe instalar as coisas por isso a garantia não é válida.
Podiam começar dando alguma assistência, pois tudo o que ouvi foi "enviamos para o sac" e estou aguardando há 1 mês por alguma resposta. Quanto aos itens que compramos, tudo o que foi "utilizado" já não está mais na garantia. Ué? como que vou saber se um item não está fuincionando se não utilizamos o mesmo? A garantia funciona só enquanto não testarmos o produto?
Salespeople do not give any attention after sale, and everything is always the fault of the customer who does not know how to install things so the warranty is not valid.
They could start by giving some assistance, because all I heard was "we sent to the sac" and I have been waiting for a month for an answer. As for the items we buy, everything that has been "used" is no longer under warranty. huh? how do I know if an item is not working if we don't use it? Does the warranty work only until we have tested the product?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha geladeira deu problema no motor e fui até a loja comprar após a instalação +/- 3 semanas o motor apresentou problema, com isso foi retirado o motor e levei na loja em SBC e prontamente fui atendido e me disseram que não tinha o motor e que poderia demorar para chegar e EU optei em esperar. Passando mais alguns dias fui até a loja e fui atendido por uma vendedora super simpática e que chamou o Sr. André que me prestou um atendimento que não lembro de ter recebido em outra oportunidade na minha vida como consumidor.
Então esse comentário é para agradecer a Dufrio o respeito que Vocês tem para com os seu clientes e sugerir que aproveita mais a sabedoria, entendimento e a empatia desse colaborador que é o Sr. André!

My refrigerator had a problem with the engine and I went to the store to buy it after installing +/- 3 weeks the engine had a problem, with that the engine was removed and I took it to the store in SBC and I was promptly serviced and told that I didn't have the engine and it could take a while to arrive and I chose to wait. After a few more days I went to the store and was attended by a super friendly saleswoman who called Mr. André who provided me with a service that I do not remember receiving at another opportunity in my life as a consumer.
So this comment is to thank Dufrio for the respect that you have towards your customers and to suggest that you take more advantage of the wisdom, understanding and empathy of this employee who is Mr. André!

Preços muito bons,falta muitos itens básicos da refrigeração como micro motores 1/40 e 1/ 25 por exemplo,várias vezes não consegui comprar,controladores Coel,Timer Coel Eletronico,filtro secadores nunca tem todas as medidas até 1/2 rosca, é bom, mas...precisa melhorar.
Great location, spacious, with very good parking. Very good prices, lacks many basic refrigeration items such as micro motors 1/40 and 1/25 for example, several times I couldn't buy, Coel controllers, Coel Electronic Timer, filter dryers never have all the measures up to 1/2 thread, it's good, but...needs to improve.
