Só que meu sofá veio descoberto chegou a pegar chuva, colocaram apenas um pano em cima sujo e foi so um homem fazer a entrega, nao levou ninguém pra ajudar a colocar o produto pra dentro, eu que tive que ajudar ele a colocar um sofá pela janela, deixaram muito a desejar, não recomento de forma alguma essa loja pra ninguém. DULARE DA MESSEJANA.
 I received my product on time ... Except that my sofa came uncovered, it got rain, they just put a dirty cloth on top and it was just a man making the delivery, he didn't take anyone to help put the product in, I I had to help him put a sofa by the window, they left a lot to be desired, I do not recommend this store to anyone in any way. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na loja de Juazeiro do Norte. Ótimo atendimento,vendedor (Daniel) e o Gerente muito atencioso . Rápida entrega e montagem. Quando comprei o Guarda roupa, me pediram um prazo de 20 dias úteis pra chegar, pois iam fazem o pedido; chegou com 15 dias, após a entrega com 2 dias já foram montar .
At the Juazeiro do Norte store. Great service, seller (Daniel) and the very attentive Manager. Fast delivery and assembly. When I bought the Wardrobe, I was asked for a period of 20 working days to arrive, as they were going to place the order; arrived with 15 days, after delivery with 2 days they have already assembled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não merece nem estrela , péssima loja ,o vendedor até foi legal !MasNMas a loja não cumpre prazo de entrega ,e quando chega trazem beliche da cor branca toda amarelada , madeira já usada ,e marcas queoque é mostruário ! .Faz mais de 1 mês que comprei essa beliche,agora estou aguardando a troca , já mudaram a data !Até o momento estou à espera da beliche!Absurdo !Total desrespeito com cliente.
It doesn't even deserve a star, lousy store, the seller was even cool! But BUT the store does not meet the delivery deadline, and when it arrives they bring bunk beds of all yellowish white color, wood already used, and queoque brands is showcase! .It's been more than 1 month since I bought this bunk bed, now I am waiting for the exchange, the date has already changed! So far I am waiting for the bunk bed! Absurd! Total disrespect for the client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa totalmente sem responsabilidade para com o cliente. Atrasaram a entrega e não informaram com antecedência, danificaram com a montagem, meses para ter um retorno de reposição, e novamente 3 dias de trabalho perdido aguardando o montador que marcava e não comparecia.
Não recomendo, pois minha experiência pós compra foi frustrante.
Company totally without responsibility to the customer. They delayed delivery and did not inform in advance, damaged with the assembly, months to have a replacement return, and again 3 days of lost work waiting for the assembler who booked and did not show up.
I don't recommend it, as my post-purchase experience was frustrating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma estrela é muito pra essa loja, comprei meu Guarda-roupa dia 24/6, e até agora Nada (3/8/2020) só me prometem e não cumprem e já pedi ao próprio gerente o email pra pedir o cancelamento e o mesmo não me deu, e não consigo encontrar ao menos um número de sac da loja, loja totalmente sem credibilidade em suas palavras pois ligações e reclamações não são válidas.
Edit: esqueci de mencionar q quando fiz a reclamação por comentários no Instagram me bloquearam e apagaram meus comentários.
A star is too much for this store, I bought my wardrobe on 24/6, and so far Nothing (8/3/2020) just promises me and does not keep up and I have already asked the manager for the email to ask for the cancellation and the same he didn't give it to me, and I can't find at least one number of sacs from the store, a store totally without credibility in his words because calls and complaints are not valid.
Edit: I forgot to mention when I complained about Instagram comments, they blocked me and deleted my comments.

Comprei dois itens na loja da Rua Barão do Rio Branco paguei à vista, peguei todas as informações com relação à entrega e montagem, confirmando com duas pessoas o vendedor que a gerente da loja e a senhora do caixa. Na parede ao lado do caixa tem a informação que entrega é feita em até 48 horas e a montagem até 72 horas. No dia que era para ser feita a entrega comecei a ligar desde cedo para saber se estava tudo certo, só no final da tarde fui atendido. Primeiro fui atendido por uma senhora que parecia estar falando com alguém da expedição sobre o meu pedido falando que já tinha baixado pedido e já tava com romaneio feito. A senhora me deixou esperando na linha por uns 6 minutos sem falar nada aí apareceu outra pessoa perguntando novamente o que eu queria, expliquei e o rapaz disse que ia passar para o gerente, passei mais dois minutos na linha esperando ser atendido pelo gerente. Quando finalmente foi atendido pelo gerente ele me fala que a entrega não tinha como ser no dia que nos disseram, e ainda disse que não falou que entrega seria nesse dia, pois um dos itens vem de Juazeiro. Nunca nos falaram que o item vinho de Juazeiro, confirmei com duas pessoas o dia da entrega e ainda tem do lado do caixa a informação que entrega é feita em 48 horas. Como uma pessoa vende um produto que vem de Juazeiro para ser entregue em 48 horas? O que é mais chato é a falta de palavra da equipe em dizer que não deu a informação da entrega.
Já com mais 72h que fiz a compra, ainda não entregaram meus produtos. Recebi uma ligação do rapaz que faz a entrega dizendo que trabalha com rota e que faria minha entrega, mas primeiro passaria em dois bairros longe do meu, pra depois fazer minha entrega, sendo que minha casa é mais perto do depósito do que esses bairros, pelo que parece eles não entendem de logística e começam a fazer a entrega pelo lugar mais longe. Meu produto já estava em atraso, uma empresa séria, coloca como prioridade os que estão em atraso.

I bought two items at Rua Barão do Rio Branco store, I paid cash, I got all the information regarding the delivery and assembly, confirming with two people the seller that the store manager and the cashier lady. On the wall next to the cashier is the information that is delivered within 48 hours and assembly up to 72 hours. On the day that was to be delivered I started calling early to find out if everything was ok, only in the late afternoon I was answered. First I was attended by a lady who seemed to be talking to someone from the expedition about my order saying that she had already downloaded the order and was already done with packing. The lady left me waiting on the line for about 6 minutes without saying anything. Another person came asking again what I wanted, I explained and the boy said he was going to the manager, I spent another two minutes on the line waiting to be answered by the manager. When he was finally answered by the manager he tells me that the delivery could not be on the day we were told, and said he did not say that delivery would be that day, because one of the items comes from Juazeiro. We were never told that the item Juazeiro wine, I confirmed with two people the day of delivery and still has on the side of the box the information that is delivered within 48 hours. How does one sell a product that comes from Juazeiro to be delivered in 48 hours? What is most annoying is the lack of word from the staff that they did not give the delivery information.
Already 72h more that I made the purchase, have not yet delivered my products. I got a call from the delivery guy saying he works on the route and would make my delivery, but first he would pass in two neighborhoods away from mine, then make my delivery, and my house is closer to the warehouse than these neighborhoods, Apparently they do not understand logistics and begin to deliver the place further. My product was already behind schedule, a serious company, prioritizing those behind schedule.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja não cumpre o que promete, comprei uma mesa nessa loja prometeram que iriam entregar em até 15 dias, depois me disseram que iriam mandar um outro modelo de mesa, o que eu achei um absurdo, se eu fui a loja escolher o produto é responsabilidade da loja me entregar conforme a minha escolha. Como uma empresa de moveis vende um produto te fazem esperar e depois te mandam um outro? E detalhe a mesa só chegou a mais de 1 mês com modelo e cores totalmente diferentes. Se a mesa que escolhi não estava mais no catálogo deles porque aceitaram a minha compra?
The store does not deliver what it promises, I bought a table in that store they promised they would deliver within 15 days, then they told me they would send another model of table, which I thought was absurd, if I went to the store to choose the product it is responsibility of the store to deliver me according to my choice. How does a furniture company sell one product make you wait and then send you another one? And detail the table only reached more than 1 month with a totally different model and colors. If the table I chose was no longer in their catalog, why did they accept my purchase?
