★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma infeliz experiência com os vendedores e caixa da loja após uma compra realizada. Depois que foi vendido o produto, com erro na maquineta o que não vem muito ao caso, porém, houve uma negligência e atraso quanto à emissão de nota fiscal constando na mesma o sobrenome de minha mãe digitado errado. Percebi um certo desinteresse dos vendedores em contornar o transtorno causado.Ao retornar à determinada loja, mais uma vez, deu-se pouca importância ao cliente. Não recomendo essa loja para ninguém. Lamentável.
I had an unfortunate experience with the sellers and cashier at the store after a purchase was made. After the product was sold, with an error in the machine, which is not very relevant, however, there was a negligence and delay regarding the issuance of the invoice, which included my mother's last name, misspelled. I noticed a certain lack of interest on the part of the sellers in overcoming the inconvenience caused. Upon returning to a certain store, once again, little importance was given to the customer. I don't recommend this store to anyone. Unfortunate.
