★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiencia foi péssima. Venderam uma mesa de centro que não tinham em estoque e pra devolver o que paguei foi impossivel me atenderem. Só resolvi quando liguei para o dono de uma rede de tv do ABC que entendeu o meu problema e intercedeu. A MegaTV nem quis tomar conhecimento. Shoptour do Galebi faz falta, muita falta. Não respeito aos direitos do consumidor. Não percam tempo nem dinheiro com a Dunelli. Minha experiencia foi horrorosa.
My experience was terrible. They sold a coffee table that they didn't have in stock and to return what I paid it was impossible for me to be served. I only solved it when I called the owner of an ABC TV network who understood my problem and interceded. MegaTV didn't even want to take notice. Galebi's shoptour is very much needed. Failure to respect consumer rights. Don't waste time or money on Dunelli. My experience was horrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na hora de vender são super atenciosos, cordiais, gentis... porém mal sabia eu o que ainda estaria por vir. Tive problema do começo ao fim da entrega dos meus móveis. Equipe de logística péssima, sem o mínimo de treinamento para atender bem ao cliente e o ajudar a solucionar os problemas que aparecem, a loja pensa no vender mais se esquece da coisinha básica que chama ENTREGA!!! E não qualquer entrega... mais sim com qualidade e respeito ao cliente. Fiz uma compra grande... paguei a vista, minha entrega precisa de uma logística que já tinha sido combinada desde a hora da compra e reiterado na hora da confirmação de entrega, porém nada do que foi combinado foi cumprido e só passei nervoso e estresse. Mais como td que está ruim ainda pode piorar.... ainda ficou faltando um dos meus móveis que só Deus sabe quando será entregue! Se é que será, né?

I paid the cash, my delivery needs a logistics that had been agreed since the time of purchase and reiterated at the time of delivery confirmation, but nothing that was agreed was fulfilled and just spent nervous and stress . But as td that is bad can still get worse .... still missing one of my furniture that only God knows when it will be delivered! If so, right?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa tarde, comprei móveis com voce em janeiro de 2019. Chegaram em maio/19. Sem a impermeabilização prevista ou feita de má qualidade. Em agosto abri ordem de serviço: pés das poltronas abrindo e rodas do sofa se quebrando.
Ao que indica: faltou cola na madeira das poltronas e no sofá, os pés não estavam parafusados adequadamente, estavam tortos e quando estendia o assento a parte forçavam as rodas, vindo a racha-las
Desde agosto/19 estou tentando resolver isso. Hoje (final de outubro/19) vieram, depois de um reclame aqui. Mesmo assim deixaram as poltronas sem proteção nos pés.
Me pergunto onde fica a qualidade desta loja e o respeito ao cliente.
Good afternoon, I bought furniture with you in January 2019. They arrived in May / 19. Without the expected or poor quality waterproofing. In August I opened a service order: the feet of the armchairs opening and the wheels of the sofa breaking.
Apparently: there was no glue in the wood of the armchairs and on the sofa, the feet were not screwed properly, they were crooked and when the seat was extended the part forced the wheels, coming to crack them
Since August / 19 I am trying to solve this. Today (late October / 19) came, after a complaint here. Even so, they left the armchairs unprotected on their feet.
I wonder where is the quality of this store and respect for the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não sou de fazer comentários por aqui, mas resolvi fazer para que outras pessoas não sejam surpreendidas com a falta de comprometimento dessa loja, que até então, eu achava que era séria. Já faz 1 mês que o prazo dos itens que comprei (Sofá, mesa, cadeiras, luminária, etc) venceu, e quando me informaram um novo prazo, o mesmo não foi cumprido. Na hora da venda foi tudo 100%, mas após isso, infelizmente não tenho nada a elogiar. Agora é torcer para o novo prazo ser cumprido e para que os itens cheguem com a ótima qualidade que me foram vendidos no dia da compra.

Fiz a compra de um sofá, o atendimento na loja é ótimo, os sofás são lindos. Você fica encantado.
Na entrega bem os problemas:
1. Mediram o sofá e nos prometeram que ele subiria pelo elevador. Chegando lá não coube e eles se recusaram a subir pela escada. Resultado: tive que içar o sofá. Mas isso nem vejo problema. Acontece
2. O tecido veio todo riscado e com problema. Pediram fotos e vídeos. Enviei, discordaram que estava com defeito. Depois de 30 dias e muita reclamação mandaram um técnico para avaliar que realmente constatou defeito no sofá.
3. Prometeram a troca em até 15 dias.
Já se passaram 3 meses, com reclamações semanais. E nada.
Fuja dessa furada. A loja é linda, atendimento antes de você comprar é excelente, móveis lindos.
Pós venda é vergonhoso. Parece que comprei um sofá numa liquidação de uma biboca.
Com tantas opções e tantos bons concorrentes, fuja da Duneli

Run away from this hole. The store is beautiful, service before you buy is excellent, beautiful furniture.
Post sale is disgraceful. Looks like I bought a sofa at a sale of a fagot.
