★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei 10 conchas de cadeiras na Loja (foi a segunda compra, pois as cadeiras completas comprei com eles também). Como as conchas estavam trincadas pelo uso e as bases estavam perfeitas, comprei somente as conchas. A loja mandou o motorista da diretoria montar minhas cadeiras. Ficou um lixo, tortas, com bases quebradas, parafusos espanados. Um verdadeiro horror. Demorei (por culpa minha) para pedir uma manutenção. A gerente da loja simplesmente negou a manutenção alegando que nao estava mais na garantia. Sequer se preocupou em saber se eu toparia receber uma manutençao, mesmo que pagando. Aliás, como mandaram o motorista (profissional nao capacidado) para montar meus móveis, deveriam ter arrumado mesmo que fora do prazo, pois é o mínimo para reparar o "mau serviço" prestado.
Bought 10 shells of chairs in the shop (it was the second purchase because the full chairs bought with them too). As the shells were cracked and the bases were perfect, I bought only the shells. The shop had the driver of the board assemble my chairs. There was trash, pies, with broken bases, screws dusted. A real horror. It took me (for my fault) to ask for a maintenance. The store manager simply denied maintenance on the grounds that it was no longer under warranty. He did not even bother to ask if I would even get a maintenance, even if I paid. In fact, because they sent the driver (professional not qualified) to assemble my furniture, they should have fixed it even after the deadline, because it is the minimum to repair the "poor service" rendered.
