carro ficou 25 dias após a compra para conserto do carro , e mesmo assim o problema não foi sanado . agencia sem carater nenhum .

Honraram todos os compromissos, arcaram com os custos do conserto, sem fugir às responsabilidades da empresa. Voltarei a fazer negócios com a Durso, com certeza.
Serious company, very attentive staff. I had some problems with an Audi TT bought with them, but the seriousness shows itself exactly when something doesn't go as planned. They honored all commitments, paid for the repair costs, without shirking the company's responsibilities. I will do business with Durso again, for sure.
