There is a lot to improve in dealing with the customer. Service sector receptionist is in urgent need of quality sector training. The attitude of the same at a prestigious dealership like Duvel is ridiculous.

Bad service, vehicle scheduled for 9:20 and, after waiting three hours, it still hasn't left the parking lot for the repair shop.
