★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito desapontada com o serviço da empresa. Coloquei no meu apartamento uma cobertura retrátil com uma medida mais ou menos 2m × 2m. A instalação ficou péssima, totalmente fora de esquadrado, molha, a trava de deixar fechada nao funciona.
Very disappointed in the company's service. I put a retractable cover in my apartment measuring about 2m × 2m. The installation was terrible, completely out of square, wet, the lock to leave closed does not work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa empresa possuí péssimo antendimento e vendem produto com qualidade duvidosa! Comprei um Espelho com essa empresa e desde a instalação tive problemas! Logo que instalaram notei que o Espelho refletia a imagem com distorção! Me disseram que a minha casa que estava com defeito... tive que engolir essa! Passado algumas semanas o mesmo espelho começou a oxidar (ecurecer) as bordas, depois de muita insistência levaram o Espelho para analisar na loja e me devolveram com a borda retrabalhada com um péssimo nivel de acabamento (o contorno todo ondulado).... tive que aceitar novamente! E agora por ultimo, a mesma oxidação está aparecendo no centro do Espelho. Estou fazendo a reclamação para a empresa desde outubro do ano passado e na ultima tentativa em fevereiro desse ano, me passaram o discurso que um técnico entraria em contato para agendar uma visita... estou até hoje esperando.... estão empurrando o problema com a barriga! Já desisti, e já estou procurando uma empresa com mais competencia para trocar o espelho e eu mesmo irei assumir o prejuizo! Sinceramente não recomendo!
This company has terrible sales and sell products with dubious quality! I bought a Mirror with this company and since the installation I had problems! As soon as they installed it, I noticed that the Mirror reflected the image with distortion! I was told that my house was defective ... I had to swallow this one! After a few weeks, the same mirror started to oxidize (to darken) the edges, after much insistence they took the Mirror to analyze it in the store and returned it to me with the reworked edge with a very bad level of finish (the whole wavy contour) .... I had to accept again! And lastly, the same oxidation is appearing in the center of the Mirror. I've been complaining to the company since October of last year and in the last attempt in February of that year, I was given the speech that a technician would contact to schedule a visit ... I'm waiting until today ... they are pushing the problem with the belly! I already gave up, and I am already looking for a company with more competence to change the mirror and I will take the damage myself! I honestly do not recommend it!
