Troquei a bateria de 2 iphone 6s plus porém, passado os meses após a troca, os aparelhos Começaram a apresentar falhas de rede, travamentos e descarregamento rápido da bateria. Acionada a loja para verificar, o atendente disse que era normal, que era devido a uso e app abertos e me orientou a usar o aparelho em modo de economia de energia, coisa que nem com a bateria velha eu precisava mas aceitamos para os testes. Depois de usar 1 semana em modo de economia vimos uma leve melhora mas ao chegar em 20% de carga de bateria o telefone se tornava inútil, travava que não funcionava mais e um dos aparelhos entrou em modo looping. Acionada novamente a loja disse que poderia ser defeito do aparelho, que precisavam de ficar com o aparelho alguns dias para testar mesmo sabendo eles que os aparelhos eram ferramentas de trabalho nosso e que não dispunham de nenhum outro aparelho para empréstimo. O aparelho saiu do loop e poucos dias depois como podem ver nas fotos, bateria com 95% de saúde e estufada, quase perdemos um aparelho pois ao invés de cobrir a garantia dos serviços acharam por bem procurar outros meios de salvar o produto deles colocando defeito onde não existe.
The sale was wonderful. I changed the battery of 2 iphone 6s plus, however, after the months after the change, the devices began to show network failures, crashes and fast battery discharge. Called the store to check, the attendant said it was normal, that it was due to use and open app and guided me to use the device in energy saving mode, which I didn't even need with the old battery but we accepted for the tests. After using it for 1 week in economy mode we saw a slight improvement but when it reached 20% battery charge the phone became useless, it crashed and one of the devices went into looping mode. Called again, the store said that it could be a defect in the device, that they needed to keep the device for a few days to test even though they knew that the devices were our work tools and that they did not have any other device for loan. The device came out of the loop and a few days later as you can see in the photos, battery with 95% health and bulging, we almost lost a device because instead of covering the warranty of the services they thought it was good to look for other ways to save their product by defecting where it doesn't exist.
