★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu realmente tenho que dizer que ,são bem profissionais no que eles fazem ,tinha levado meu aparelho em 3 lugares ,inclusive no shopping o ponto e o povo não deu jeito .deixei na smartcell 2 dias e resolveram imediato e agora super satisfeito recomendo.
I really have to say that, they are very professional in what they do, I had taken my device in 3 places, including in the mall the point and the people did not work. I left in the smartcell 2 days and solved immediately and now super satisfied recommend.

Eu e meus filhos tínhamos o hábito de comprar! Tive um problema com o cabo do carregador que comprei! E segundo o CDC o prazo para pridulos durável e um e para vicio oculto é outro! Mas procurei pelo responsável pela empresa e o responsavel além de não emitir as NFS das compras que foram efetuads pelo meu filho ainda me tratou com o maior s desrespeito! Nao indico essa loja para ninguém! Fui pedir as notas fiscais dos produtos que meus filho havia comprado ele falou que posso procurar a justiça! FALTA DE RESPEITO COM O COMSUMIDOR!

Me and my kids had a habit of buying! I had a problem with the charger cable I bought! And according to the CDC the term for durable pridulos and one and for hidden vice is another! But I looked for the person in charge of the company and the person in charge besides not sending NFS of the purchases that were made by my son still treated me with the greatest disrespect! I do not recommend this store to anyone! I went to ask for the invoices of the products that my son had bought he said that I can seek justice! LACK OF RESPECT WITH THE COMSUMER!
