★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive um péssimo atendimento na recepção, enquanto aguardava para fazer a mão começaram a colocar pessoas na minha frente. Priorizam quem eles querem, devem dar dinheiro, para colocarem na frente, preconceituosos, caro, não recomento a não ser que esteja querendo ser maltratada nesse lugar
 I had terrible service at the reception, while waiting to do the hand started putting people in front of me. Prioritize who they want, they should give money to put up front, prejudiced expensive recomento not unless you're willing to be abused in this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente a mais de 20 anos .Fiquei super chateado com o atendimento que tive no dia de hoje . na cara dura passaram uma cliente na frente da minha mae que é prioridade que tem mais de 75 anos , respeito zero . O pior que a gerente preferiu dar razão a atendente. A própria cliente falou que não tinha marcado para fazer unha .perdeu uma cliente
I have been a customer for over 20 years. I was super upset with the service I had today. in the tough face a client passed in front of my mother who is a priority who is over 75 years old, with zero respect. The worst that the manager preferred to give reason to the attendant. The client herself said she hadn’t scheduled to do a nail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A depiladora cobrou a mais por uma área em que não fui depilada e justificou dizendo que houve um aumento nos preços .Funcionarias da recepção deixam a desejar.Frequentei algum tempo mas a qualidade e o atendimento caíram muito.Funcionarias falando no celular ,muitas conversas.
The epilator charged more for an area where I was not shaved and justified saying that there was an increase in prices. Reception staff left something to be desired. I frequented some time but the quality and service dropped a lot. Staff talking on the cell phone, many conversations.
