★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento PÉSSIMO, os atendentes(em especial a DAYANE que me atendeu) te tratam mal. Vc p trocar a titularidade tem q pagar qualquer conta em aberto mesmo que ñ esteja vencida. Ai vc diz q vai pagar pelo app e se pode enviar o comprovante p atendente ou por e-mail ou por whats p continuar o atendimento na hora, eles não aceitam e te fazem sair p enfrentar uma fila em lotérica, sendo que poderiam aceitar o pafamento no local ou mesmo o envio do comprovante na hora.
TERRIBLE service, the attendants (especially the DAYANE who attended me) treat you badly. If you change ownership, you have to pay any open account even if it is not due. Then you say you will pay for the app and if you can send the receipt to the attendant or by email or by whats p to continue the service on time, they do not accept and make you leave p face a queue in the lottery, and they could accept the on site or even sending the receipt on the spot.
