★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Só enrolam, não respondem nada com objetividade, e se você questiona muito ou não se deixa enganar, o síndico te bloqueia. Tratam mal tanto os moradores quanto os próprios funcionários. Sem condições.
Terrible. They just roll around, they don't answer anything objectively, and if you question a lot or don't let yourself be fooled, the síndico blocks you. They treat both residents and employees poorly. No conditions.

Síndico não se importa com a opinião dos moradores, simplesmente toma todas as decisões sozinho sem transparência! Tentei vender meu apto não consegui por conta da falta de zelo que existe no residencial.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima administração e sem comprometimento com o condomínio, síndico se acha o dono do condomínio e faz o que bem entende sem o consentimento dos demais moradores.
Síndico ausente e não tem gestão transparente, sem contar os funcionários da EAG que não tem preparo algum para trabalhar no condomínio.
Não merece nenhuma estrela ?
Bad administration and no commitment to the condominium, the manager thinks he is the owner of the condominium and does what he wants without the consent of the other residents.
Manager absent and has no transparent management, not to mention the EAG employees who have no preparation to work in the condominium.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Síndico ausente, estou insatisfeito pois foi tomada algumas decisões que no meu ver deveria ter consultado os moradores, devido a estas decisões terem gerado despesas para o condomínio. Os moradores só ficaram sabendo dessas decisões depois que descobriram as dívidas e ações contra o condomínio.
Manager absent, I am dissatisfied because some decisions were taken that in my view should have consulted the residents, due to these decisions having generated expenses for the condominium. Residents only became aware of these decisions after they discovered the debts and lawsuits against the condominium.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima empresa, possui uma má gestão e sempre falta com a transparência com relação aos condôminos! Sempre aparece no condomínio pra realizar alguma benfeitoria quando a carga de reclamações está alta para o lado deles, nos dando migalhas perto do que deveria ser cumprido.
Trata o condomínio como se fosse dele, toma decisões por conta própria, contas do condomínio com valores altíssimos comparado com os valores praticado no mercado. Recomendo abrir os olhos quanto a gestão da EAG em seu condomínio.
Terrible company, has poor management and always lacks transparency with regard to the condominium owners! He always shows up at the condominium to carry out some improvement when the load of complaints is high for them, giving us crumbs close to what should be accomplished.
He treats the condominium as if it were his own, makes decisions on his own, condominium accounts with very high values compared to the values practiced in the market. I recommend opening your eyes to the management of EAG in your condominium.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo trabalho. No começo parece as mil maravilhas, mas, quando vamos conhecendo, vamos vendo toda uma organização para fazer o morador de bobo. Não respeita a convenção, não respeita os moradores e nem os funcionários. Trata como se os moradores estivessem aos seus pés e devem obediência, como se fizéssemos um favor. Se pudesse, daria -10 estrelas. Decepcionado com a falta de zelo com o dinheiro e com o condomínio que cuidam, ou melhor, fazem vídeos dizendo que cuidam, pois vir aqui, nem vem, a não ser que vai gravar um vídeo, fazer um Merchant. Segurança e cuidado... Prefiro não comentar! Visitem um condomínio administrado por eles...... Aliás..... Só não vale perguntar pra os parentes que prestam serviços para ele!.... Empresa familiar! ... Se ele administrar seu condomínio..... Cuidado, pq se vc criticar, fora a difamação que vc sofre, pode ser ameaçado até por conselheiro.
