Tive um acidente no final de outro de 2018 e deixei minha moto no inicio de novembro.
Desde então so tenho ouvido enrolação, a CBM eagle disse que devido a uma Funcionaria ter roubado a empresa no final de ano todo o processo estava atrasado, antes a mesma funcionaria disse que o orçamento ja tinha sido aprovado que ja tinha comprado as peças, pedi todas as informações documentadas e nunca que me passavam, no inicio do ano entrou um novo funcionário chamado Jonatham, disse que estava dando prioridade ao meu caso e se passaram mais 03 meses e continuam me enrolando.
inclusive este mesmo funcionário fez avaliação positiva para ajudar a melhorar as avaliações .
E o mesmo jonathan disse que se eu postasse comentario ia verificar se minha empresa esta em dia com inss etc...
Eu ate quiz passar o cnpj ao mesmo, mas ele parece que não quis.
Ja conversei com 2 diretores e provavelmente donos dessa empresa e os mesmo esta tratando todo processo com descaso.
Prestem atenção quando você chega é tratado a pão de lo, mas quando precisa a empresa não esta nem ai .
E não adianta intimidar como fizeram com outros clientes.

And the same jonathan said that if I post comment I would check if my company is up to date with inss etc ...
I even wanted to pass the cnpj to it, but it looks like I did not want to.
I already talked to 2 directors and probably owners of this company and the same is treating all the process with negligence.
Pay attention when you arrive is treated to lo bread, but when you need the company is not even there.
And it's no use intimidating like they did other customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não cumprem com o contrato, não arrumaram totalmente a moto, deixaram várias peças sem trocar e com defeito, quando perguntei o motivo de não arrumarem a moto totalmente eles me falaram que já tinha encerrado meu caso, processem eles quando ocorrer isto, se não vão continuar fazendo!
They do not comply with the contract, they did not completely fix the bike, they left several parts without changing and defective, when I asked why they didn’t fix the bike completely they told me that I had already closed my case, sue them when this happens, if they don’t go keep doing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Associação e péssima, tive meu veiculo furtado no mes de março e recuperado em junho, tive o bom Senso de fala com a seguradora que o veiculo tinha sido recuperado, no momento que deixei a moto na oficina no final de junho, até o presente momento meu veiculo não fico pronto e já estamos em novembro, sempre as mesmas alegações fala que vai entregar e a oficina credenciada fala que esta faltando peça, tentei uma solução com esse rapaz Jhonatam responsável e ele fez descaso inclusive ainda teve a capacidade de me chama de sem o que fazer, fiquei constrangido com a situação sem resposta sem que estava cobrando a prestação de um serviço que pago e que esta na oficina há quase 5 meses, inclusive ele ( jhonatam) disse que era melhor te dado PT na moto, não tive opção ao não ser busca meus direitos junto ao judiciário devido ao constrangimento da situação, Não faço indicação dos produtos oferecidos pela associação cbm Eagle, não tem postura com o cliente, que o mínimo que deveriam fazer.
Total descaso com o cliente associado.
NÃO RECOMENDO ESSA ASSOCIAÇÃO, PESSIMOS SERVICOS.

If I had the option of zero star I would give it! Worst insurance company in the world. They do not comply with the agreement, and do not provide any satisfaction for the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente minha experiência com essa empresa foi horrorosa. Um associado desta empresa bateu em meu carro e eles demoraram mais de 90 dias para autorizarem o conserto. Não costumo fazer comentários com críticas tão negativas mas, infelizmente, não recomendo essa empresa. CUIDADO!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mais de 45 dias meu veículo está para reparo, toda vez que eu ligo è uma desculpa diferente. Não cumprem prazos e são extremamentes desenformado nas respostas. Não recomendo, se precisarem de acionar ou terem seus veículo roubados vão passar por uma grande novela como eu estou passando. Infelizmente terei de acionar o advogado para fazerem o reparo do meu veículo.
For more than 45 days my vehicle has been repaired, every time I call it's a different excuse. They do not meet deadlines and are extremely uninformed in their responses. I don't recommend it, if they need to trigger or have their vehicle stolen, they'll go through a great soap opera like I'm doing. Unfortunately I will have to call the lawyer to repair my vehicle.

People, this insurance company and terrible does not fulfill the contract, do not enter. They just want your money and a fraud when you need it will not be answered.
