Muito cuidado ao entrar em um contrato desses!
Edit 01 - 28/01_ Eu não sei o que houve com a base de cadastro de vocês, fui contatado pelo OLX, depois evoluímos para o whatsapp, e no dia 20/12 eu estive ai na loja em VV.
Sobre a questão de não serem revenda, okay, vocês não são, mas a transferência de uma responsabilidade como a relatada em contrato, em que obriga contratualmente o vendedor a oferecer 90 dias de garantia para qualquer problema do carro (fora motor e caixa, conforme vocês descreveram) me parece que é para evitar eventuais passivos que teriam, se fosse uma "revenda de carros".

Edit 01 - 28 / 01_ I don't know what happened to your registration base, I was contacted by OLX, then we evolved to whatsapp, and on 12/20 I was there at the store in VV.
On the question of not being resale, okay, you are not, but the transfer of a liability such as that reported in the contract, in which the contractually obliges the seller to offer a 90-day warranty for any car problem (apart from engine and box, as you described) it seems to me that it is to avoid any liabilities that they would have, if it were a "car resale".
