★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu cachorro foi muito bem cuidado mas tive uma péssima impressão ao chegar lá tocar a campainha o dono de lá Olivier abrir uma "brecha" da porta, perguntar o que é e logo após bater o portão e me deixar lá fora. Depois um funcionário veio e abriu, porém lá dentro o dono do espaço super antipático não falou comigo uma sequer palavra. Espero não precisar mais ir lá.
 My dog was very well taken care of, but I had a bad impression when I got there to ring the bell, the owner of there Olivier opened a "gap" in the door, asked what it was and right after slamming the gate and leaving me outside. Then an employee came and opened it, but inside the owner of the super unfriendly space didn't speak a word to me. I hope I don't have to go there anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olivier é um adestrador muito experiente! Ele sabe ler o cão como ninguém e me fez ver coisas que eu não via antes. Mas, antes de tudo, é preciso que o dono mude suas atitudes, sendo rígido quando precisa, dando carinho nas horas certas e não humanizando o pet. Consegui compreender o caminho, mas ainda há muito trabalho a ser feito com minha Bull Terrier, pois ela é muito enérgica e teimosa. Um abraço Olivier!
Olivier is a very experienced trainer! He can read the dog like no one else and made me see things I didn't see before. But first of all, the owner must change their attitudes, being rigid when necessary, giving affection at the right times and not humanizing the pet. I can understand the way, but there is still a lot of work to do with my Bull Terrier, as she is very energetic and stubborn. A hug Olivier!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei um horário pra levar meus dogs pra avaliação social. Fui buscar meu filho da prova pra me ajudar, pois são 3 cachorros.
Ela me falou às 10hs, mas acabei entendendo a partir de 10hs.
Estava colocando meus dogs no carro quando recebi um mensagem da responsável dizendo que não era pra levar mais, pois tinha marcado um horário específico pra mim e que não teria mais como receber. Tentei argumentar, mas a responsável foi cada vez mais ríspida.
Então disse que iria indicá-los pra ninguém.
Se tratam os donos assim, imagine como trata os bichinhos que nem sabem falar.
I made an appointment to take my dogs for social evaluation. I went to get my son from the test to help me, as there are 3 dogs.
She told me at 10 am, but I understood after 10 am.
I was putting my dogs in the car when I received a message from the person in charge saying that I was not supposed to take them anymore, as they had set a specific time for me and that I would no longer be able to receive them. I tried to argue, but the person responsible was more and more harsh.
So I said I would nominate them for anyone.
If they treat their owners like that, imagine how they treat little animals that don't even know how to talk.
