★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Espaço amplo. Bom espaçamento entre os aparelhos. Fica no segundo andar e tem uma vista legal pra Av. Guarapari e para os fundos, bem iluminada e arejada e limpa.
Ample space. Good spacing between appliances. It is on the second floor and has a nice view to Guarapari Avenue and the back, well lit and airy and clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo! Academia pequena com poucos e velhos aparelhos. Um tanto quanto feminista, dão atenção as mulheres como se fossem personal trainer e no tocante aos homens ficam a desejar. Fiquei três semanas pedindo para trocar minha ficha segundo o cronograma e ficaram protelando, com desculpas de não ter tempo devido novos alunos, mas para ficar no bate papo com as meninas aí tinha tempo de sobra. Falta de profissionalismo e desrespeito total. Embora seja a mais perto da minha residência não volto mais. Vou procurar coisa melhor!
I do not recommend! Small gym with few old appliances. As much as a feminist, they pay attention to women as if they were a personal trainer and when it comes to men, they are lacking. I spent three weeks asking to change my file according to the schedule and they kept putting it off, with excuses for not having enough time for new students, but to chat with the girls there was plenty of time. Lack of professionalism and total disrespect. Even though it's the closest to my residence, I'm not coming back. I'll look for something better!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Academia com aparelhos que, apesar de antigos, permitem realizar os exercícios para todos os segmentos do corpo. Acho que falta os instrutores corrigirem a execução dos exercícios, vemos pessoas fazendo de forma errada e os instrutores passam do lado e não corrigem.
