★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive aí ontem, 09/04, cheguei 13:30 e saíde lá às 15h, estava com problemas no fechamento eletrônico do vidro da porta do motorista. Depois de ficar mais de uma hora avaliando o problema, resolveu que só que precisava trocar o botão da porta para resolver, paguei, e quando fui sair com o carro a noite, coisa de 3h depois, o vidro da porta deu o mesmíssimo problema. Quando voltei lá, já estavam fechados. Hoje é feriado, estão fechados tb e eu vou passar o fds com o meu vidro deste jeito. Se não sabia ao certo o que fazer, deveriam ter me pedido p voltar na segunda quando o funcionário especialista estivesse lá ou simplesmente me falar que não podiam fazer o serviço. Vou voltar na loja para ver se vão tentar resolver.
I was there yesterday, 04/09, I arrived at 1:30 pm and left there at 3:00 pm, I was having problems with the electronic closing of the driver's door glass. After spending more than an hour assessing the problem, I decided that I just needed to change the door knob to solve it, I paid, and when I went out with the car at night, about 3 hours later, the door glass gave the same problem. When I got back there, they were already closed. Today is a holiday, they are closed too and I'm going to spend the weekend with my glass like this. If I wasn't sure what to do, they should have asked me to come back on Monday when the specialist was there or simply tell me that they couldn't do the job. I'm going back to the store to see if they'll try to solve it.

O amortecedor do meu porta malas foi estourado durante a execução do serviço e não me informaram quando peguei o carro de volta. Verifiquei isso quando eu cheguei em casa.
O dono e o instalador se esquivaram e não fizeram a mínima questão de tentar chegar num senso comum.
Maldosos e mau caráter.

The bumper of my trunk was popped during service and I was not informed when I got the car back. I checked this when I got home.
The owner and installer shied away and made no attempt to reach common sense.
