Procurem o concorrente, CROE, embora seja mais caro e acesso mais difícil, o atendimento por telefone e local são de excelente qualidade!
Bad phone service. I called to schedule an urgent documentation and they didn't even let me talk, they just said they didn't have a time. A lot of unwillingness from the employees. Look for the competitor, CROE, although it is more expensive and more difficult to access, the telephone and local service are of excellent quality!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Meu filho fez a documentação ortodôntica dia 23/10/2021 e a atendente informou que mandaria on line , porém precisei mudar de ortodontista. Fui a clínica dia 03/11/2021 para retirar o exame e a atendente me pediu que retornasse 05/11/2021 após às 13h porque precisava imprimir acabei retornando somente dia 09/11/2021 e fiquei 1 HORA (esperei porque a atendente me pediu que eu esperasse 5 MINUTOS) esperando imprimir a documentação que deveria estar pronta 05/11/2021 fiquei nervosa e indignada por meu tempo perdido e eu reclamei mesmo com a atendente Mariana que ainda me chamou de barraqueira. Precisam ter respeito com o cliente, noção de tempo e cumprir com o compromisso. Ou melhor ainda fechar as portas porque não entendem o que é bom atendimento.
Terrible attendance. My son did the orthodontic documentation on 10/23/2021 and the attendant informed that she would send it online, but I needed to change my orthodontist. I went to the clinic on 11/03/2021 to withdraw the exam and the attendant asked me to return 11/05/2021 after 1 pm because I needed to print I ended up returning only on 11/09/2021 and I stayed for 1 HOUR (I waited because the attendant gave me asked me to wait 5 MINUTES) waiting to print the documentation that should be ready 11/05/2021 I was nervous and indignant for my wasted time and I complained even to the attendant Mariana who still called me a tent. They need to have respect for the client, sense of time and fulfill their commitment. Or better yet, close the doors because they don't understand what good service is.
