Antes de ir a Easy uma outra loja de informática disse q minha placa de vídeo tinha dado pau e q deveria comprar outra.
Cheguei a Easy para já comprar outra placa mas eles abriam meu pc para checar se era isso mesmo, e detectaram q o HD M2 estava dando curto, pq a pessoa q montou meu pc fez gambiarra.
Sendo assim eles remontaram todo o gabinete e milagres acontecem, a placa de vídeo q a outra loja tinha dado como morta, acreditem, ressuscitou! A placa de vídeo estava em perfeito estado.
Parabéns pessoal, pelo ótimo profissionalismo e honestidade. Recomendo demais.
 I had the PC shutting down out of nowhere, several times a day.
Before going to Easy, another computer store said that my video card had crashed and that I should buy another one.
I arrived at Easy to already buy another card but they opened my pc to check if that was the case, and they detected that the HD M2 was short, because the person who mounted my pc did some work.
So they reassembled the entire cabinet and miracles happen, the video card that the other store had given up for dead, believe me, is risen! The graphics card was in perfect condition.
Congratulations guys, for the great professionalism and honesty. Highly recommend.
