★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente o atendimento aqui ainda deixa muito a desejar. Não há funcionários suficientes para a demanda, bem como a estrutura física do prédio ainda é a mesma há mais de vinte anos. Não há dúvidas que falta ainda bastante investimento para que a cidade de Grajaú tenha um serviço de correios ideal.
 Unfortunately the service here still leaves much to be desired. There are not enough staff for the demand, and the physical structure of the building has been the same for over twenty years. There is no doubt that enough investment is still needed for the city of Grajaú to have an ideal post office service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A agencia teve uma melhora considerável na cordialidade e agilidade do atendimento e menos burocrática, embora estruturalmente o prédio ainda continue precário e com pouco espaço.
Espero que as mudanças para melhor sejam mantidas no futuro.
Melhor do que eu estava esperando.
The agency had a considerable improvement in cordiality and agility of service and less bureaucratic, although structurally the building is still precarious and with little space.

A senhora não faz o minimo esforço, é arrogante, o atendimento é lento. péssimo e Ninguém merece ser tratado daquela forma.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço péssimo, não entregam as correspondências na residência, a gente que tem que ir atrás. O atendimento na agência é péssimo, fora o ambiente que está cheio de sucata. Acho que é a única agência do Brasil que fecha pra almoço.
Lousy service, they do not deliver mail at the residence, people who have to go after it. The service at the agency is terrible, apart from the environment that is full of scrap metal. I think it is the only agency in Brazil that closes for lunch.

Atendente que se recusou a se identificar, (nao sou obrigada a falar meu nome) nao tinha crachá, de uma falta de educação, arrogante, prepotente, a cidade por se tratar de um índice alto de pessoas humildes não dar à ela o direito de tratar assim a população, 0800 fornecido no painel nem todo celular completa a ligação dificultando que a população venha a reclamar do atendimento ríspido da moça.
Dentre muitas é muitas outras reclamações, não é a primeira vez que sou tratada desta maneira nesta agência...lnfelizmente o município não tem Procon.
